Same Day Windshield

Would not recommend this company. I contacted them because their ad said it was “same day” windshield repair. After being on the phone with them 15 mins and telling my insurance company to file the claim because I chose them to do my repair, that’s when the rep chose to tell me they don’t have any techs for that day OR the day after. I tell them ok Friday it is, but I’m going on vacation so I really need it to be done that day. The tech showed up at 4:45pm even though the time range they gave me was 9am-2pm. He was still there at 7:30 and I had to cancel the plans I had. The rep wasn’t able to complete the job so he said he would do it Monday (last day I had available before my trip). He didn’t come Monday. Said he was going to contact his boss to reach out to me. Nobody contacted me. My windshield has not been calibrated to this day and I’m out of the country now for a week. Let’s see what happens when I return. Not sure who to report them to but I’ll figure that out. Don’t use them!

My initial contact was with the girl who contacted my insurance company, insurance didn’t cover the broken windshield, but that’s an issue with Progressive. She set up the appt to have my windshield replaced. She was incredibly and then 2 guys showed up, on time, and replaced the cracked windshield, they were also very professional and obviously knew what they were doing, the whole process of changing the windshield took less than 30 min. I had never heard of this company before and was directed to it by my insurance company. To say I was happy with everyone involved from this company would be a understatement, they were fantastic, I would highly recommend them

Very good and fast. No delays as soon as I called make the appointment they were here zero problems.! Unlike Safelite The first time I called, they didn’t answer the right question to me so they ordered the wrong windshield glass. Then it was very difficult for them to adjust to my time availability. I waited three weeks for them and nothing happened. And I also should mention that they don’t answer the phones when I called. How to try different times to get someone. as soon as I called same day windshield they were here at my convenience Time, thank you very much for your professionalism!

It only took one quick call to set up the repair of my cracked windshield. Donna picked up on the first ring, handled my insurance company, and quickly made an appointment. She was warm and gracious. Adrian arrived at the appointed time, confidently navigated the Byzantine garage decks associated with my large apartment building, and installed a new windshield within minutes! I was so impressed and delighted with the entire operation and the staff that made it all possible. I cannot recommend Same Day Windshield more highly.

I was very impressed with them. From the first call, to negotiating with insurance, to the installation and the calibration, they were top notch. It started with a little crack and they were insistent that I get it done even though I didn’t think it needed it. But sure enough, only 24 hours later, the crack spread across my entire windshield and became very dangerous. My car required OEM glass that was special ordered but they got it and installed it immediately. I’m back to brand new now and very happy I chose them.

They were great. Had initially gone with another company and they kept giving excuses and pushing back on dates. I cancelled and called Same Day Windshield and I was impressed. Great customer service that kept my aware of everything going on. Mine was a tricky case because the glass could not be fo and. They went through my insurance to get through my dealership and got it done! Was very impressed. Would highly recommend others to use their service.

I have used ‘Safelite’ for the same rear window that I had broken once before. Same Day Windshield installed my rear hatch window the next day with a new one that is ‘OEM’. Same Day came to my house and installed a window - the guy took the back panel off and vacuumed out the broken glass then reinstalled the parts he removed so that the job restores my hatch to new. The cost to me was within $15.00 so I’m very satisfied.

The two gentlemen that completed the work were very prompt, professional and experts at their profession. They were both very polite and respectful of our vehicle and our home. Scheduling was through. She recognized an error in the original scheduling and immediately called me back to remedy the error. Very accommodating to a stay-at-home-mom with two small children that still take naps in the late afternoon.

It took 3 days to finally make a connection. And on that day they were way past time window. Worker initially started making excuses for tardiness, but I cut him off. He continually called me Lady, instead of my name or Mam.... Finally finally finished. Got a text later on that he has to return to recalibrate, so now he is supposed to return Saturday afternoon. The whole experience was less than positive.

The technician was able to be on site on time and went to work right away he was very friendly and respectful, the job was done and he’s knowledge was impressive he was able to get the work done and the other lady was able to do the setting up for the computer in no time, perfect timing and professional experience they definitely deserved the bests, thank you very much for the wonderful work well done.
