New windshield turned into a BAD EXPERIENCE I've ever had with a car service. I decided to choose this company because they were close to me and seem to have good reviews. Upon arrival he’s trying to persuade me into thinking this company is good and trustworthy. Roy who replaced the windshield and the guy that comes after to calibrate between the 2 of them someone was reckless. I let them work on my car while I busy at work, once job was completed, there was noticeable damages that wasn't there before the replacement. Scratches on the paint and dents on the hood of my car. When I decided to say something about it, there was automatic denial of any responsibility and he was incredibly dismissive. Showed pictures to Roy & the guy became very rude and was yelling at me. Completely unprofessional and careless. Called the office and left a message for office manager and no response from her either. Unbelievable. If you care anything about your car, please avoid this company at all costs! They damage vehicles. I will not recommend anyone to this corrupt company after being treated like this. Better off going with Safelite or somewhere else. NEVER AGAIN! Next step, Filling complaint with the Better Business Bureau!

This man told me he would have to break the plastic on my car to fix my back windshield. Do not use them they are rude and un experienced. Tried to save money and use them. From the initial call and several follow ups from Tamara, everything went smoothly. The tech who installed was courteous and very careful with the whole process. The post-installation to check the calibration was also expedient with tech Andy. Thank you Auto Glass for a job well done.

Auto Glass Perfections is absolutely the best. Called on a Wednesday and my windshield was replaced and recalibrated by Friday afternoon in my driveway. Professional and extremely nice. If ever I need any window replacement for my vehicle, they will be the company I use.

They got the job done quick and were really nice. Ignacio and Pedro kept me up to date with delay from the rain keeping them from working during the original time. But they came the next morning first thing and had my windshield replaced in 30 min.

I had a great experience. I’m from Belle Glade and had the back window of my f-150 busted out over the weekend. They had me fixed up by Wednesday. The window has been a lot better than the old one too.
