First Class Auto Glass

I was approached at my house as "they were in the neighborhood replacing neighbor's windshield" and they noticed a crack in my windshield since my car was parked in the driveway. They stated they work directly with my insurance and I don't have to do anything. So based on the reviews I saw on Google and not knowing the proper procedure I decided to go ahead with it. Install was mostly fine, they broke my washer tubing connector without telling me and repaired it with electrical tape which of course did not last. Since I had no claim my insurance couldn't process the receipt they submitted. After explaining with them over numerous phone calls with insurance they created a claim for me in order to process it. They amount they submitted for was more than double the competition in the area that do work directly with the insurance company. Very shady. Proceed with caution. Update: While the address of on the statement from insurance has this address an additional address is referenced that points to a residence on Blackberry Row in Hudson. Update 1/6/2020 Scam, company was very easy to work with for a reason. They invoiced my insurance company 3000+ for a windshield!!!!! Just received a call from my insurance company investigator. I detest dishonest people. I will be seeking legal representation as this will affect my insurance. What goes around comes around. Update 1/6/2020 Just seen that the "owner replied" I directed the Owner to the investigator at my insurance company. The long and short of it is that glass companies like this fabricate documentation and markup the cost significantly, unfortunately this is widespread in Florida and a common problem. There is no scenario where a windshield (yes I requested factory) was 3000+. So to be clear. I passed this to my insurance company to deal with. I suggested the owner do the right thing and was not "very aggressive 😆..the only reason this was flagged is due to the smaller insurance company I deal with. I assume the big companies dont catch it. Dude you were caught, enough said....Karma.

Spoke with William to setup the claim. I'm in insurance so I was a bit leery on getting it done and have been putting it off for a couple of years now (3 small chips). I filed the claim through my insurance carriers app and let Will know that his shop wasn't coming up. Will promptly called me and 3 wayed the call with Safelite and within about 5 minutes we were done. I hate calling people and I didn't even have to, Will did it all for me. Mike then called me at 8:45 am and showed up at 9 am, was told 9-12 am so I had no idea what to expect). He legit was done in less than an hour AND ran my dashcam wire behind the moulding (not sure if that's what it's called) so it looks factory installed now. This company is top notch. My dog locked herself in my vehicle with it not running on a hot day. I called my insurance and they were sending a locksmith but my dog was panting and then laid down. My keys and phone were in the vehicle. I had to bust out a window to get her out. I called First Class Auto Glass the next day. Within 15 minutes, my insurance was called, an appointment was set up and within a couple days, my repair was completed! They are professional, prompt, empathetic, and trustworthy. I will never go to anybody else for any of my automobile glass needs ever again. Just so happened a week later my windshield got hit by another rock and I had to replace it again. It was fixed within two days! The professionalism is prevalent and appreciated.

Amazing 👏 truly amazing. Mike got my windshield out and the new one in within 30 minutes. It was so quick and looks beautiful. I'm beyond pleased. I called yesterday, around 4pm, for a quote on a replacement windshield, I spoke with Stacey and she handled everything. She called my insurance company, set up an appointment for the next day (today,) and less than 24 hours later everything was complete. I never imagined it would be such a simple, and hassle free experience. Thank you so much to Mike and Stacey for making my experience such a pleasant one. I love my new windshield and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing a windshield replacement or repair.

Came out the day after I contacted them. The gentleman Mike came and introduced himself and said the job would take about 45 minutes. I agreed, and went back inside while he went to work. He came and knocked a few minutes later and told me the new window had a scratch( looked like a minor scuff to me ) and he didn't feel comfortable installing it. He apologized profusely and said they get the glass the night before and it's hard to see stuff like that at night. He was back the very next day same time with a new windshield. He said it would take 45 minutes and was done in 30 minutes. 5/5 Would recommend. Professional, honest, quality work, and quick.

Awesome crew of technicians and sales rep.. They thoroughly explained the whole process and showed me how beneficial it was for me to get my windshield replaced.. not only did they replace with professional care, they came to my driveway & replaced it FOR FREE!!! I also talked with the owner and he is great guy who reached out to me to make sure I had no further questions after the post-replacement of the windshield.. That’s something you don’t hear much of anymore when the owner reaches out to the customer to see if we are satisfied with the work. First class auto glass will always be my first and last people I call on!

I had a great experience with this company. They called me as soon as they received my information, were very knowledgeable about the entire process and insurance and even stayed with me on the phone as I walked through the very simple insurance process. The gentleman who came to replace my windshield called me before arriving and was right on time. He was in and out quickly and cleaned up any mess he made. I noticed a chip in my windshield and contacted this company to see about a replacement when the chip got a little worse. This was on a Wednesday afternoon after 4pm. I was asked why wait and that they could come out and repair the next day. I went ahead and scheduled the repair. By 9am the next morning, the technician was at my vehicle while at work and in 30 minutes, I had a new windshield. It is crystal clear and installed perfectly. I highly recommend this company. Quick, efficient, and great customer service.
