Hands down the best! The name of the company speaks for itself. Alex took care of my car today and the service was absolutely amazing. I rarely drop reviews on google but I had to for this one. First of all, they come to your address, which is very convenient and Alex kept updating me in a timely fashion before he made it to my location. Second, my car was a mess inside, I didn't clean the passenger side after someone broke the window and he took care of it before installing the new window. And when the job was done, he made sure the entire passenger side was clean. This is VIP service and I can only recommend this company. Woke up to an unexpected back window shattered on my vehicle. I contacted safelite first and they gave an outrageous price and said they wouldn’t have the glass that I needed until a week or so. Then I contacted Precise Auto Glass. I was offered same day service and almost 60% less than the previous quoted I was given. These guys came before the time promised and delivered!!! They took out the previous glass and vacuumed everywhere to make sure no pieces were left. Within an hour I had a brand new glass on the and was able to continue my day. These guys are professional at what they do and very efficient. They deserve 10 stars in my opinion. Will definitely be contacting them in the future for any auto glass related issues.

Victor from Precise Auto Glass evaluated a chip on the windshield of my vehicle. He advised me that the size and extensions of the fissures may expand as a result of the repair and he cautioned me of this possibility upfront. After discussing the options and agreeing to an interim solution, he proceeded to apply the resin directly over the chip and fissures without using the suction pressure devise. From my perspective the results seemed ok and I will monitor over time to see if the repair, as performed, was successful. If not, I will definitely contact Victor for the next option. He knows his craft and I highly recommend.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! Had an unfortunate act of vandalism or attempted theft and my back window was busted in. Was recommended to this company by my Lexus dealer and called them on a whim and they did not disappoint! Within a few hours Victor and Juan were able to get the glass needed to fix my window and showed up at my garage to get the job done. They did a fantastic job, had great communication and worked directly with my insurance. Literally life savers! Hoping I never have to experience a broken window again but if I ever do I know where I am going. Thank you!!
