National Auto Glass Mobile Windshield Replacement Service

Had an appointment with Safe**** which is just down my street! Got there and they increased price $10. Next, dreadlock technician says the windshield broke because rust pushed it out and he wanted to work collaboratively with a body shop - fishy. A security guard station arm came down on windshield and cracked it, not rust. "Technician" says the damage is VERY old. Actually was less than 6 months. At twice the price of National Autoglass, un-Safelite was a HORRIBLE experience. I ran. But thanks un-Safelite, I found National Autoglass on Yelp and these guys were so amazing, I had two cars done. Milen Gutierrez came to my house quickly with two gorgeous windshields. He had everything he needed and went to work. Very respectful man and so pleasant. Once he got the windshield out, he and I were AMAZED that there was NO RUST in the window channel at all! Shame on you un-Safelite! He even put my rear view mirror back on, glue and all! These guys were the absolute best. Joseph De La Torre, perhaps the owner, took my call and made it painless. No non-sense, no lies, just good, honest, quick, friendly repairs AT MY HOME! Thanks guys, you amazed me!

What a great honest company. Use them without hesitation. This is my experience: I called and spoke to Katie regarding a leak on the windshield of my car. She looked up the information of my vehicle and realized I have a moonroof. She suggested before spending money on a windshield repair or replacement, I very if the leak could be a result of clogged drains coming from the moonroof tracks. So I tested this by adding water to the tracks and that is exactly what it was. Katie saved me a ton of money because I could have replaced/repaired the windshield and the problem would have persisted. Not to mention damage to the entirior and electrical components that cost thousands of dollar. They are truly an honest family owned business that cares about its customers and not trying to take your money. That is very rare these days. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Joseph who prides himself in being honest and working long hours to take care of us (the customer). IF I COULD GIVE MORE STARS I ABSOLUTELY WOULD. The team at National Auto Glass is hands down the best in the business. From Joseph’s transparency when we initially spoke to Jorge’s impeccable work, I could not have made a better choice. I went through my insurance’s comprehensive coverage and paid nothing. To give an example of their professionalism: Prior to Jorge’s arrival, I had removed my oil change sticker in case whoever they sent out wouldn’t notice it and I would lose track of when to go in- annoying but not the end of the world. Another sticker on my windshield however, was gonna have to go- I was prepared to make that sacrifice even though it was a cool sticker, I didn’t say anything to Jorge about it. After 25 minutes I come out to him finishing and wouldn’t you know it, he saved the sticker! Placed it in the same spot and even replaced my worn weatherstripping. I am absolutely going to brag about these guys and surely refer them whenever possible. That attention to detail is paramount in customer service and know that your car is in the BEST hands. I cannot say enough great things about this company! After a broken windshield threatened to rain on our Disney vacation (and my insurance carrier’s preferred glass vendor was completely unhelpful), I called National Auto Glass and they were incredible! I worked with Katie, Joseph, and Omar and they were all wonderful! Not only were they able to schedule something right away, but they were also able to complete the replacement without having me alter my trip AT ALL. While my family was out enjoying a park, they took care of everything—on site, at my resort. They were even able to communicate via text for most things which was incredibly convenient. 10 out of 10–would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Very pleased with the service offered by this company. I spoke and coordinated a window repair with Julio on a Sunday morning. He gave me the best deal I could find and was very quick to answer any of my questions. My window repair was scheduled for the following Monday any time from 11AM-1PM. At 10:45AM, I received a message from Joseph stating that his tech, Julio, was outside. Julio was very professional and friendly. The repair was done in 10 minutes, even earlier than scheduled! This is the best service I’ve ever received for auto window repair. I HIGHLY recommend them. Very professional & prompt!

I had the pleasure of working with Julio who got the job done quickly. After calling around to multiple different companies on a Sunday and none of them would send a tech out I found National, the other companies I talked to wanted to charge almost double what National Auto Glass quoted me and told me they were booked out until midweek. I was able to schedule my appointment easily at 6pm, none the less, and I was given an arrival window of 11am-4pm. Right at 11 Julio was there to get the windshield replaced. He told me it would take about 45 minutes and he was done in under 40. Really great service

I absolutely love this company and team. From start to finish they were caring, attentive and provided fast friendly service. A car cut me off and I honked at them. In retaliation they threw a full bottle of Snapple at my back windshield and shattered it. I called this company being new to the area and the young lady who took care of me was phenomenal. I wish I remembered her name! Julio was my tech! Sweet guy! Super fast and efficient. My back windshield was replaced the following day (less than 24hours) and within an hour of my appointment time 💙 Just immaculate!! Thank you 🙏🏽

My car was broken into in the middle of the night. Joseph was quick, understanding, professional, great pricing and extremely quick to send his technician the same day to replace my window.
