I came outside and caught one of the guys about to step on my leather seat with his shoes on! I immediately called him out with objection to the mistreatment of my $100,000 truck!! When they were finished it was cloudy and dark, the next day I noticed a scrape of the leather on my passenger dashboard. I sent text messages with pictures to Tamara, she said she would call me back. She didn't return the call, Roy did. All he kept repeating to me is that they have never done anything bad in anyone's car. They sent one of their guys to look at it, he agrees something happened and see's the damage but admits he doesn't know how to repair this. I haven't heard from Tamara or Roy, I have text several times including giving them 2 estimates for the repairs.. they aren't returning my messages. This is very sad, not only did I think they were my friends but I thought they were professionals as well. Things happen but how they are handling it I think I would have to suggest you go somewhere else.

I had 2 experiences with Auto Glass Perfections and found them to be very helpful and professional both times. The first was when my car was broken in to on mother's day last year. I put a call into Auto Glass perfections the same day since it was the passenger side window I knew it was not covered under my insurance. I received a phone call that same day telling me that they would come to my office the next morning. I was surprised when they showed up before 8:30 and the window was fixed by 9am. The second time i had to call them, my sons windshield cracked from a rock while driving on I-95 on a Sunday. I called my insurance company Monday morning and told them who I wanted to use to fix my windshield and they arranged the rest. Someone came out to the house within 2 hours and the windshield was fixed. I would never use anyone else OR recommend anyone else. They are fast, professional, and did an awesome job. We hired them to replace the back glass on my wife’s Kia soul. He came and got the old glass out put the new glass and when he was finished he told me that he couldn’t get all the glass out of the back hatch so every time when I use the hatch I hear the glass rumbling everywhere he says it’s impossible to get out I don’t believe that I just don’t believe he has the proper tools and equipment or knowledge and experience to get it all out. Several days went by now the rear hatch won’t latch because there’s glass inside the lock I called him back and said it’s not his problem he said he didn’t break the glass. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache! I called SafeLite after I accidentally broke my back side window. They had me go through all these prompts, so I hung up and called next on the list and got Auto Glass Perfections, Roy answered and I explained what window, etc, he gave me a price and I couldn’t believe it. He told me he could be there in two days (he had to order that window). He said 9AM and he was at my house at 9AM, it was a total surprise the quality and professionalism that occurred (unexpected in Florida). Do yourself a favor and headache and call this company! Roy did a great job getting a replacement Pilkington OEM BMW windshield in quick order. My car has full coverage and the insurance company was trying to say I would have to pay my $500 deductible for windshield glass replacement. Roy told me to call again as under Florida law they have to waive the deductible for windshield glass replacement if you have full coverage on your vehicle. I called back and they confirmed Roy was correct. Thank you, Roy, for your honesty. My windshield was replaced in about an hour with the light and rain sensors both working perfectly. I would recommend anyone to use Roy for their next windshield replacement as his work is excellent.

Just used these guys for the first time today. I am a pretty handy guy and fix most things by myself. I however dont know anything about windows, window motors or door panel work. I have to say I am so impressed. Roy was my guy. He waited days for me to get my motor in, and as soon as my part arrived I called him, he was here within an hour, clean van, clean professional guy. The best part was that he came to my house in jupiter farms and still charged me up to 150$ less than the mechanics that wanted me to bring it in. I didn't know about this local ownership group until after a Safelite wasted 3 1/2 weeks trying to install a defective glass and then not tell me when we could ever have it fixed. I called insurance company to switch vendors and so happy we did. Auto Glass Perfecrions ordeed the part that's hard to get and within a week it was installed at our house perfectly. Nice friendly quick and courteous service couldn't of asked for more and definitely will use again if if we have a broken glass. I purchased a new rear window online myself wanted it properly and professionally installed. Roy came out on a Saturday morning and installed it quickly and efficient for me. Mind you he squeeze me into his Saturday morning to do this before he went on vacation with his family.
