Auto Glass Now

My windshield was damaged by a flying subject (broken tire?) on highway. I found Auto Glass Now and several other repair shops on Google and called four of them. Auto Glass Now is the only one that responded immediately. After a set of questions, the rep quickly gave me the quote and willingly provide a good discount. Considering its outstanding review score on Google, I decided to go with Auto Glass Now without waiting for the callbacks from the other three. I was able to schedule an on-site repair in three days. The tech called me well in advance, showed up on time, and worked efficiently. The whole experience was great and most importantly hassle-free. I don't think that I can comment on the price, but I will definitely recommend Auto Glass Now for their quality of service.

The installation went smooth as silk. However the next day when I tried to start my car the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. The car would not start and I called the tech that installed the windshield and he stated that the work he performed had nothing to do with the electrical issues stating it is a mechanical issue. I called Auto Glass Now and spoke to Kay in California and she was sympathetic referring me to Jason (district manager). Long story short, my car has been in the shop for a day and a half with electrical work being performed. I was ready to give you 6 stars but having a well maintained car die after your techs worked on it cannot point to anyone for responsibility but you. Gregory Fusillo

The guy that actually did the work was a solid 5 out of 5. That being said, the people in the office, not so good. Because I am a truck driver, I needed a Saturday appointment. There was a lot of confusion on whether or not I was going to get that Saturday appointment. People did not get back to me when they said they would. I am insured with State Farm and you guys called me. Again, the technician was awesome.

Absolutely fantastic company. They got me OEM glad with the Ford logo from Carlite. Safelite broke my windshield trying to patch a chip. I cannot recommend Auto Glass Now highly enough. The install was fast and looks perfect. Better than new. Thanks to Adrianna for all your help and making this so easy for me. I will never use anyone else. Auto Glass now is the best there is.

Atlantic Auto Glass has helped me with a few unfortunate broken windshields. Professional is an understatement. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. I cannot recommend them enough. The Auto Glass Now lady who booked the appointment was very courteous n professional. The technician called and was on time. He got right to work and finished quickly it he also vacuumed the broken glass out of the door. He cleared the new window and cleaned up the site. I highly recommend Auto Glass Now.

This company is excellent! We needed a windshield replacement for our work van and asked the repairman to call before arriving so that he could go to one of our job sites to do the repair. Juan called in advance, was very friendly and replaced the windshield very quickly. This company is highly recommend!

Replacement of our vans windshield took awhile but the coordinator at auto glass now kept me up to date with the status of the backordered item and gave me options. The technicians were on time, completed the job quickly, were friendly and answered my questions. Would definitely use them again.

Had to replace my windshield because it cracked. They came within 48 hours, but due to softwares issues they were not able to do the calibration, so I had to go to the dealer. However, they helped me out with everything. The lady that took care of me was very helpful and went the extra mile.
