FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT! Joe is AMAZING! He has been doing this for 30 years and it shows! When the rear window shattered to pieces it was after 5:00 PM. After contacting the insurance company, they had a list of authorized repair companies to choose from. Well as you can guess the top one was the most popular one that we are all familiar with their jingle, however they do not have anyone to talk to about the repair, it’s online only which was very frustrating because I was unable to ask any questions. So the next place I called said that the glass that needed to be replaced was a dealer item only and it would need to be ordered and it could take up to 5 days to get it and their technicians stop working at 5:30PM and don’t work weekends. WHAT? Really? So the next (and last) call was to Auto Glass Solutions, I spoke to Joe and explained what needed to be repaired, he was able to get the glass brought over from the warehouse the next morning and installed it that afternoon! Now Joe doesn’t use those machines that the other guys do, he relies on his knowledge and experience rather than a machine that can be untrustworthy. He is outstanding and efficient! A true master of his craft! He cleaned all the glass pieces and was very efficient and professional. I called the day before my appointment to confirm spoke with the boss. I had originally booked for a home mobile replacement when I inquired as to a timeframe I was told if I wanted to be here at 8:30 I would be first and in and out. I showed up at 8:30 and there was one person working he took in a vehicle before mine. No big deal the second person shows up around 9 because the first person had started on a second vehicle he joined in to help him. I was told about 9:35 five minutes after the boss showed up that she would get working on my car. I said excuse me the lady that just Showed up? He replied yes she is the boss and she will be replacing my wind. Shield. I said whoa wait she arrives a hour late and she’s the one fixing my car. He said yes. I proceeded to sit there for 15 minutes before she even started on my car. Never came up to me never apologize for the delay. I just find it rude and inconsiderate. Stuff happens. People run late, but her first order of business should’ve been to approach me and Apologize. I will not be doing business with anybody here again.

They were fast, professional, and did excellent work! I had purchased a windshield through MARK WITH SIGNATURE AUTO, He ran off with my money and never refunded me or installed my glass, so I contacted This company and I had BOTH my front windshield and also my back glass FULLY REPLACED within 24 hours. So I will FOREVER use this company! They also made the insurance claim for my front so easy and painless, and I paid $0 for the front glass, and you can too! Please go with this company if you need anything, because the SIGNATURE AUTO screwed me over and stole my money, but THIS company replaced both glasses within 24 hours!!! I am HIGHLY pleased. We brought our 2007 Sequoia in today because the rear hatch window and wiper didn’t work. The owner told us the motor was probably bad, but instead of just ordering a whole new motor for it, he offered to try repairing the old motor first. I have to tell you, I was skeptical at first, but a couple of hours later, we got a phone call telling us that the window and the wiper motors were both repaired! They are working great and at about 75% less than the cost of a new motor! We will be recommending this business to anyone needing automobile window/ glass repairs. I had to visit another time.. a truck driving Passed me hit a rock and it broke my windshield. I can’t say enough about this place.. Joe is awesome.. kind.. professional.. personally.. honest.. excellent work.. I went to get my windshield replaced.. Joe took it a step further and asked the gentleman next door to touch up some rust spots with paint.. I wish I knew his name.. because he was awesome also!! He was meticulous, he was courteous, at the time I was not even there as a customer of his but he took care of me as if I was. This kind of service you don’t see much today. I was able to have my broken windshield replaced quickly and efficiently by Autoglass Solutions and Electronics. Joe and Beverly were very helpful and are well versed in the claims procedures. Great work at a fair price. I highly recommend this company. The rear window shattered on my soft top convertible. I had called several other places, and was told they couldn’t do it. I finally found this shop and they said they could do it that day. They had to go to Ft. Lauderdale to get the window, and sure enough I had a new window by the end of the day. As an added bonus, they are the nicest family ever. I had such a positive experience! This company is so amazing a rock hit my windshield falling off a truck smh. I just bought my brand new SUV not even two weeks ago but Joe got me all the way together. From me walking into the door and Joe repairing my windshield it was a great experience. Everything was covered by my insurance and I got a cold bottle of water on this hot Florida day. Called on Wednesday about a windshield replacement on my Outback. I was quoted a very competitive price. Thursday morning at 10:15 I left with a new windshield in place. The shop is not fancy which suits me just fine, the workmanship was excellent. I will continue to support locally owned businesses.
