Sergio is super nice and the guys that came out to replace my windshield were super nice. They did a good job replacing the windshield but scheduling was a nightmare. The issue was they were supposed to replace my windshield on a Tuesday but they wouldn't tell me when they were coming. So I took off work to be home all day. I don't hear anything so I check in at about 2:00 to find out where they are. Sergio tells me I'm the next in line and he will let me know ASAP. So about 6 pm I get a call from the technician and he says he won't be able to make it today and that he will come the next day. So I had to take the afternoon off for a second day. Dealing with Sunny Shine was just like dealing with any other business in South Florida. They don't show up when they say they will and they cost you money by making you take days off work.

Unbelievable. Called the day before to make an appointment. Called the morning off he said he was setting up and will be to me shortly. 2 hours later no answer . No response . No call back . Waited from 9am - 12 when they said they’ll be to me between 9-11. YOU would think when you call someone and let them know you need a windshield repair they’ll come. Find someone else . Wasted my time . It’s not been over 8 hours and you think I’ve heard from them still? NO.

Sergio was great and when I called for an estimate, he told me about Florida's law allowing customers with comprehensive insurance to replace their windshield with no deductible. The repairman came on time and replaced my windshield quickly on site, transferring my SunPass to it. Sergio even filed my claim for me with no work on my end and sent me a DocuSign warranty for the windshield. Couldn't be happier! Thanks for making the process so painless.

If i could give zero stars, i most definitely would... worst damn customer service, been trying to get my windows fixed from the first time they came out, service guy name Gio did not do a good job, i hear air when driving with my windows up... paid them but him and sergio keeps giving me the run around... do not do business with them...absolutely horrible and i am going to file a complaint with the BBB!

I called yesterday and Sergio gave me a quote by phone. I got two other quotes. Sergio’s was the best. He told me he would arrive between 9-11am the next morning and he arrived by 10. By 12:30 I had a new functioning window. Sergio worked diligently in the hot sun and removed every shard of glass in the car, even dismantling the door . Great job and great guy to work with. Thank you Sergio!

I called them and made an appointment for the following day, I called to confirm the appointment at 2pm, but they never showed up. I called the guy back, he placed me on hold, then hung up and I was unable to get a hold of them after that. Save yourself the and the trouble and go to Safelite or some other company that is reputable. This company is not trust worthy.

Gave them a call to get a price. Estimate and everything was fine, I asked when they could come by they said today. Great! They asked if they could give me a call back. I said sure. He verified my name and number and never call back. I call them back 2 days later no answer. It's been 2 weeks and I already got the work done by another company. Still no call.

I shattered my car window today at 3:00pm, I called them around 4pm and by 5:53pm, my window was perfectly replaced by these guys. I couldn't ask for quicker service. They told me if I had any issues they would come back and I appreciate that as a stay at home mom of 2. Thanks again for coming to my home to make the repair, I truly appreciate it.

Most unreliable mechanics. Do not go with them! I called to set up just a door window being fixed. Not the power part. Just to get the glass unstuck from the door. Never showed up. Hung up on me when I called to find out the estimated time on arrival to then be ignored every phone call and text. Thanks for wasting my time.

Not only do they provide great affordable prices, their customer service exceeds expectations. I'm constantly on the road and a cracked windshield was the last thing I needed. They worked very well with my schedule and in less than 20 min my windshield was replaced. Couldn't have asked for better service.
