Great service. Came to the house in the morning and we’re done with my windshield replacement in about 30 minutes. Friendly guys. All I had to do was give them the keys and they handled the rest. I signed and they were on their way. Ram windshield through insurance. I see why they have a 5 star rating. I’ll definitely be using them again. This is the third auto glass replacement company I’ve used in 31 years of driving with plenty of windshields replaced. First one was a small local company and I moved (never an issue), second was the largest company whom I used and recommended for years, until I had a windshield installed and it broke overnight while the car was parked (day of installation) and they refused to make it right. Removal of that glass showed nothing enough urethane used to secure the glass and it resting on a metal seam. As of now (provided I have no leaks, which I don’t expect), I will solely use Lloyd’s of Shelton for my auto glass replacement. I highly recommend Lloyd's of Shelton Auto Glass company to anybody who needs an auto windshield replacement. It's tough to find a company that has world-class customer service like this one now a day. I love my 2006 Cadillac Escalade and I asked the customer service for the original windshield to replace the broken one. She had no hesitation to find one close enough to the original. Also, she was willing to go out of her way to have the car done the next day so that I will be on my vacation the day after. Moreover, their technicians are the best. Especially for Will and Daniel. They're not only knowledgeable about what they do but also very kind and patient. They called before they came over and I forgot to pick up the phone. They showed up and gently knocked on the door, and I didn't open the door until the 2nd and 3rd knock. When I opened the door they just smiled and said we are here to replace the windshield. I found Lloy's on Google search, called, the lady answering phones, ordered our glass,set it up that I would receive a call the following day at their earliest apt available. I got a call next day from Cushman, he came on time to the time he said. He did a great job removing what was left of the smashed rear window, ran into a issue no fault of his, our car is a northern car, had quite a bit of rust on the bolt and nut that holds on the wiper blade mechanism... didn't seem like it was gonna budge, but he worked on it for a good bit of time. He was able to iAnstall the new glass and wala! Good as new. I hated to be that customer with the "nothern rust", but he got the job done fast and efficiently once we were able to get that off. Thanks Cush for your hard work!! I hope I dont need anything for a while, but we will use them again if we need any repairs or replacements! I needed my windshield replaced and used Lloyd’s based on all the positive reviews I found. Quality is more important to me than price or fancy advertising. The girl who booked my service seemed confused and inattentive - perhaps she was new - but we got everything set up. Rich was the tech and he called ahead to let me know when he would be here and then arrived right on time. He was a super nice guy. I could tell me was a pro at this and he took his time and did it right. He was knowledgeable and great to talk to, didn’t mind explaining the process to me as I had never seen it before. He did a good job and cleaned everything up. The piece of glass is quality and clear. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

Will and the young man with him were very friendly, polite, pleasant, attentive, professional, and punctual. Customer service was above and beyond, even when making my appointment with Jen in the office I knew my vehicle was in GREAT hands. Will called to let me know they were on their way. They arrived within 25 minutes and were friendly and informative about the procedure to fix the chip in my windshield. Within 15 minutes, they were done. I truly appreciated their promptness and attention to detail...and their willingness to explain what they were doing and what to expect as the outcome.
