I rarely post reviews, but I'm hoping this would help anyone wanting to replace a car glass. I originally scheduled an appointment with a provider that my insurance recommended. They cancelled my appointment because they did not have my window in stock. I phoned Pines Auto Glass on Thursday afternoon and had the window installed by Friday noon.Lázaro phoned my insurance company to transfer the claim. The technician arrived promptly on Friday. He was personable and professional. He cleaned the car afterwards and ensured that there was no glass left. I triple-checked because I have young children. I had a very good experience with Pines auto plass.

First of all I called a bunch of different places including safelite and they all rubbed me off the wrong way then I found these guys I called and Lazaro answered the phone and he was extremely helpful with the entire process I called him Wednesday at 4pm and his guys were he Thursday at 10:30 working on the truck. Joey and Julio were the technicians that came and they were awesome and very helpful huge shoutout to Joey and Julio !! Overall great place I definitely would recommend them over the competition

I broke a rear window on my sons Altima this morning mowing and edging the lawn. I called Pines Auto Glass at twelve noon, spoke to Lazaro, was given a fair quote, and was told that a technician could repair it between 2 and 5 PM. I accepted their offer. The technician called and was able to get here by 1:30 PM. He replaced the broken window and was done within fifteen minutes. Great, friendly, and extremely fast service. I highly recommend Pines Auto Glass if you ever need automobile window repairs.

Someone broke into my car on December 30th and unfortunately I wasn’t able to get my car fix until January 2, 2024. These Guys help me out a lot. Lazaro communicated with me on a holiday and got me set up for my appointment. I can’t remember the tech name but he was really professional and he did an amazing job getting my window back to normal. I really appreciate these guys alot! Definitely will refer and they have great prices.

Stellar company. I had an emergency issue to get my father’s windshield replaced so he could make it home. They arrived within just hours of me calling them. Replaced a windshield in less than an hour upon arriving. I shopped around, their price was equal or better than all the other places I called, that couldn’t even make it same day. If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would.
