I am a first time customer and I’ve been incredibly impressed from my initial call through to the installation of my windshield, and beyond! The customer rep, Jane, is just as nice and knowledgeable as all customer service reps should be. She patiently answered all of my questions, explained everything in detail, and followed up regularly, even after my windshield was installed. The techs were so knowledgeable of my car, honest re the new windshield (when they arrived, the new windshield had cracked w/o their knowledge. I barely saw it, as they didn’t even try to unload it completely. As soon as they saw the crack, they explained the issue, profusely apologized, promised to have a replacement ready to install the next morning, and they kept their word! They arrived the next am and had the windshield completed before I even knew they were here. They were able to recalibrate the lane assist feature on my car with no problems (I didn’t even know that had anything to do w the windshield)! I will definitely always use “We buy windshields” for any future windshield needs!

Wow! What a truly outstanding company to say the least! Kim, the guy who pulled it all together to make it happen, had such determination and dedication to me. He stayed in touch with through follow ups and definitely made sure that I’d be very happy and overall pleased. I felt as though I was given special treatment throughout my entire experience. The team was outstanding with their performance and ability to work so thoroughly and quickly too! They said around 30 minutes, well it honestly seemed like a lot less than that, definitely no more than 15. This company is definitely worth using— they traveled all the to me in De Leon Springs from south Orlando to replace my GMC Sierra’s cracked like hell windshield, provided me with superior customer service AND cash back? … You would be out of your mind if you did use these guys! The service I received was amazing. I called on Saturday June the 17th and spoke to Kim he was so much help , I wasn’t able to get ahold of my auto insurance provider due to it being the weekend. Kim said he would follow up with them on Monday and get back to me which he did and had the replacement set up for today June 22nd. The service provide Rapid Auto Glass showed up at 930am I was also happy with the service they did as well. Great company to work with. They really go the extra mile. My contact Jerry was a really big help. He was able to locate the glass immediately when other companies couldn't. He handled all of the go between with my insurance company. Always returned my calls and was on top of it. The installers came to my house 2 days before Christmas and did a great job. Amazing communication from this company! First time using this service as I had several chips on my window and finally I got a massive stone last week which cracked the windshield across the drivers side. This company came to my work place and fitted a brand new windshield with the exact branded logo one with a 30 min repair. Very professional and prompt service. This service was quick and easy. Jerry was very nice on the phone, guided me through the process considering that a rock on the highway cracked my windshield over the weekend, and he scheduled a successful replacement from where I was. Won’t do business with this place ever again. They are shady. Held my money hostage until I gave them a review. Then they sued my insurance company. The paperwork that you sign is giving them permission to sue them on your behalf. The work that they did on my windshield is horrible. The plastic holding the glass flew off while I was driving, I call them and they want me to pay them or make another insurance claim. No way.
