They were nice however I came to pick up my car around 1:45 after my 7am appointment this morning I discovered my new windshield was cracked! I was scheduled for a full windshield replacement. They said estimated with recalibration 2-3 hours, however they texted me at 7:55 saying my vehicle was ready. NOT EVEN AN HOUR AFTET DROP OFF! And unfortunately I can’t go back there until Monday to talk to someone as I picked it up during my lunch break. I am SO upset at what I see as failed, shady work almost like they just slapped on the windshield. And I promise you all I did was drive the 4 miles up the road to my house, no damage occurred, I noticed it as I was driving home. The crack even extends as far down as underneath the windshield panel on the drivers side. I will update if I’m able to get a replacement.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Made an appointment for a small chip in my window that was barely noticeable. Waited 10 days !!! Repair Tech shows up and within 2 minutes he has cracked my windshield with a 6 inch crack. When I ask about replacement. He laughed and said it will be days or up to a week for replacement. I called the office and spoke to the manager RAUL who would not give me his last name. RAUL told me that it was not his responsibility that the glass broke and that it was all in the email that I received that they have no recourse. So when I asked when I could bring my car in for a new windshield he quoted me a day next week. WORST experience with a repair company. Called Same Day Windshields in Orlando and they will be out to fix it tomorrow. STAY AWAY FROM SAFELITE at all cost.

We have been going to Safelite for almost 15 years and not in one single occasion have they been able to calibrate the windshield camera that works the lane departure and cruise controls in our vehicles, we always end up going back to the dealership to get that done but this time they completely refused to replace the windshield even before they started because, according to the tech they would not be able to calibrate the camera. We dropped off the vehicle (2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van 3500) @ 8:30am and didn’t hear from them until 3pm only to say that they were not going to do the job. We have never really been happy customers here but accessibility and scheduling forces us to use them. We will be looking elsewhere from now on.

Orlando, Union Park service was superb in October 2022. Yea, just got around to it. The tech was really thoughtful and helpful and advised me that the windshield was ok. He offered tips for a crystal clear view. I don't remember his name. Appreciated the advice to this day, so much. 👏🏿👏🏿🎶👍🏿. On another note, Safelight should consider allowing customers to call the local office for a more personal approach. I could not get through to my local office. The automated system kept me and forced me to go to a website, follow a link, when all I wanted was to talk to the local office to thank the tech, and make it known how helpful he was.

Made an appointment to get my windshield replaced for 3/7/24 at 10am, I was a bit nervous since I did not get a text or email confirmation. Showed up and they had my appointment, she asked if I was waiting, I said yes…how long will it take she said 2.5-3 hrs…good thing I brought my Kindle. Technician (Rob) came out, introduced himself & said it would be 1.5-2 hrs ….sounded great! Less than an hour later windshield was replaced & I was on my way! Complimentary coffee & water, TV to watch while waiting Easy✅ Courteous ✅ Recommended ✅ Clean waiting room ✅ Big shout out to Rob M! Five stars for him

This company can't keep playing with people's time. I left my car at their shop, they didn't change the windshiel and I had to go back and pick it up and make another appointment because they order the wrong part?? Come on!! It's not fair, that's why they don't deserve even one star because it's not right. I complained to the manager of the shop to see what he could do for me because I can't leave the car again, was not my fault, I have things to do too and the only thing he said was "Okay, we can cancel, no problem thank you!!!Come on guys, you're supposed to be professionals.

My insurance company recommended Safelite for my windshield replacement. I made the appointment online through the website for service at my home. The website was user friendly, there were several appointment slots available and I was able to choose a time convenient to me. The technician arrived on time, briefly explained what he would be doing and got to work. He was done in about an hour and thoroughly went over instructions for after the replacement. He was very professional and did a great job. I would use Safelite again and recommend them to others.

A rock hit my windshield. I payed full price out of my pocket for safelite to replace it. First they didn't put my rear view mirror on right and broke it. The canceled my appointment to have the mirror fixed, they sent me the mirror in the mail to do it myself. Then rainy season came, I had so much water coming into my truck, filling up the floor with rain water. The installer didn't seal the window properly. All the rubber seal that they did use was just cheap garbage and just falls apart to the touch. Very disappointed.

arrived for my appointment at 4pm and was told that because there was a tesla in front of me and "those are more complicated to work on," i needed to reschedule for another day. they wouldn't be able to get mine done before 5pm closing time. why would you let people schedule an appointment for a certain time if you know that the car won't be done before close? also, the tech had texted me at 11:30 that morning and said that if i got there before 4:15pm, i would have my car back within an hour and a half.

Avoid this place if you don’t want to get hit with hidden fees and shady business practices. I brought my car in for a window replacement, and they recommended replacing my wipers due to broken glass. They told me it would be $35—only for me to find out at checkout that it was actually $70 plus tax because they conveniently meant $35 per wiper but failed to mention it. This kind of deceptive pricing is dishonest and unacceptable. I wouldn’t trust them with any future service.
