The repair technician, Kevin, calls in advance, is an expert in repair, great with people and jovial. I had a very unique situation as I live in Indiana, yet the repair was in Sarasota at my 86 year old in-laws. I made one single phone call and Kristin/Kevin took it from there. Contacted this company to replace side window that was severely scratched. Rich showed up promptly and determined that the scratching was in some tinted film that I didn't know was there. He used a razor to show that there was clear, undamaged glass underneath. Did not charge for the visit.
