Caliber Auto Glass

My experience with Caliber Auto Glass was excellent. I first went to Safelite to replace my windshield that had a small crack on the upper right hand side. They were not able to replace the windshield because the glass had silicone on the edge were the glass meets the car frame (under the side moulding); they said they couldn’t touch it and could not guarantee their bond would stick. They told me to go to Caliber Collision to have them remove the silicone and they could then meet me there to replace the windshield. When I went to Caliber, they referred me to their Glass division. I explained the silicone issue and they said it wouldn’t be a problem and they could do the whole thing, including the replacement of the windshield; that they just needed to order the windshield and would have for next day. The technician, Byron, showed up on time and replaced the windshield and it looks great. He was courteous and thorough. First class experience. 👏🏼🙏🏼

Heather Lynn provided exceptional support in helping me acquire a higher quality OE glass, which is a significant improvement over the inferior FUYO glass. I commend her for her dedication and assistance. Teck Bryon Mitchell was outstanding in installing my glass and ensured that he left the area clean after completing the job. Overall, I rate the team and Teck with a five-star rating for their excellent service.

In the end, the job was done correctly and I’m satisfied with the work that Logan did. He’s got good communication skills, but I can’t say that much for the company as they don’t appear to be communicating between the schedulers and the field guys that are actually doing the work. It was a very frustrating experience that didn’t need to be that way.

Wow is an understatement!! Mac was fantastic! Fast, efficient and communicative! Explained the process and told me how long it would take and did it in less than that time! Cleaned as he went and once done re attached all of my things on the windshield and cleaned it pretty good! Caliber Auto Glass definitely 10/10!!!

Logan arrived exactly when he said he would and finished the job quickly. I was his last appt of the day and it was after 5 and he was still cheerful and friendly and efficient!
