I initially contacted a "big name" business to replace a damaged windshield based on their decent reviews; however, the experience went from mediocre to horrible that I had no choice but to cancel altogether. After the numerous issues I had, I opted to search for a small, local business instead and was lucky to come across C-Thru Auto Glass. The service was beyond my expectations! I don't write reviews often, but the experiences between the first company I chose and C-Thru were night and day. From start to finish, I was amazed by the level of quality and professionalism. The owner took the time to explain the entire process better for me. He even went out of his way to repair my damaged windshield wipers, which I greatly appreciated. Several months have passed and the new windshield is still in great condition with no leaks or further issues since its installation. They were quick to set an appointment. The owner actually came and serviced my windshield replacement! I stayed and watched him replace it and I was blown away! He was polite and answered my questions as to what things were and why things were being done. I learned so much! I don’t take things for granted anymore seeing how much work went into replacing my windshield. He cleaned it inside and out and left my car much better than he found it! JOEY IS A REALLY NICE GUY AND RIGHT TO THE POINT. I saw him on the side of the road fixing someone’s windshield, so I stopped because my windshield got broken the other week. I asked him how much it would be for a 2005 mustang gt, within a couple minutes he gave me a price that was 50$ cheaper than safelite. So we set up a time and he came proptly and did a very nice job. When the job was finished I asked if it was still 200$ and he said no 185$. I was very pleased with the work and he did it in less than a hour. Thanks Joey

I’m so happy with the work that was done i called For a quote and 40 minutes later one of there guys came out and got it done in less than an hour . Very happy with the replacement and left no mess and price was great I’ll never go to safe lite again I’ll always go to this place now for any future fixes they are great and very professional . I could not have been happier with my experience with these guys. They gave me a time frame that worked with my schedule, called when they had a more accurate time, about 45 min beforehand & then showed at that time. They said it would take about 20 min to complete the work (replacing my windshield) and they got it done in under 30 min. The two guys that did the work were polite & professional & charged much less than what other auto glass companies had quoted me. Super happy!

Ok, so, I called my insurance and they wanted to install some kind of recycled glass or charge me for the FREE windshield replacement if I wanted that cheap, mass produced, ORIGINAL glass! I told them no! So I called c-thru glass and they got me PILKINGTON glass(this is the glass on BMW, Audi, Toyota, Ect.) the really good glass! They did the job FAST, precise, and easy on my end. They were great!

Overall great experience. Julio and his associative came over to my home and replaced my windshield that had a crack in it. They were in and out in 30 mins. Very nice, professional and efficient. I call Cthru Auto Glass to get my windshield replaced on my 1979 Datsun b210 wagon in senconds they located my glass 40 years old car next day Joey came out and replace the glass in less then and hour. Great experience, highly recommend to use! I called yesterday to make an appointment and someone came to my work today. My front windshield was replaced in less than an hour. Since I wanted the work to be paid for by my insurance company, they also helped by handling that as well. Both employees I spoke to were helpful and professional!
