They completely wasted my time. I was approached about getting a new windshield which I did need. I was planning to schedule an appointment with another company but after they confirmed they could perform the replacement and calibration, I gave them the information they needed to schedule work. I was very specific about where I needed the work to be done (at work). They assured me they could do the work there. Later on I get a confirmation call and they ask about the wrong address (home address). I told them that was wrong and once again confirmed the correct address (work). The next day I get a call from a far away technician asking once again about the incorrect address (home) I had already told them was not correct, twice. He never even calls me back. I finally decided to call the company and they tell me they don't even service the area where I need the work done. I could have scheduled with someone else but they wasted my time. They have no respect for their potential customers' time Update to address reply: I was very clear in each interaction exactly where I needed the service to take place. I was reassured both times that service would be provided at the location I required. If not, I would not have WASTED MY TIME. They said whatever they needed to get an appointment with no concern with whether they could or would actually provide the service I needed. Once again, they wasted my time and they do not respect their potential customers' time. Also (big surprise) if I could just leave work and get the work done wherever I wanted, I wouldn't have even tried to accept this company's offer to come do the work where I needed it. I also wouldn't have been so clear on every occasion EXACTLY WHERE I NEEDED the work to be performed. The offer for them to do it at my home address tomorrow is empty and worthless.

Neal Sissons was the scanner, Al Horning was the windshield tech. Neal was on time, friendly, efficient, and responsive to texting. Al was on time, proficient, personable, and an all around great representative for Bond Auto Glass. Not knowing the ins and outs of replacing a windshield, I noticed that Al came prepared, had all the necessary tools, did not waste movement or time, and looked like he paid attention to details others might not, such as giving the new windshield multiple cleanings to make it clear and streak free. I had an entire windshield replacement and used Bond Auto Glass because one of its field representatives approached me in a grocery parking lot, informing me that if I had the proper auto insurance, BAG would replace my windshield for free. I did not like the parking lot approach or the guy's delivery of the message, so later that night I googled Bond Auto Glass and informed myself of the process. The next day I called BAG at its office to set up an appointment. That process was smooth and I was allowed to schedule a four hour window in the near future. The company requires a scan of your auto insurance at a minimum. This can be sent via a screen shot or a texted picture. Al replaced the windshield in late March of 2024.

Mike replaced our windshield with the ultimate of professionalism- he was courteous, called ahead with status updates prior to arrival, flexible, friendly, informative and genuinely caring and easygoing in his efforts masterfully installing the new windshield. Furthermore, Mike was a pleasure to meet, timely in his repair work, and his experience of over 20 years experience really shows. Mike truly cares about people, family, the services he provides and has a healthy sense of humor to boot. We are grateful to have met Mike and received his excellent services. I just had my windshield replaced by Bond Auto Glass and I am very happy with their technician's. My windshield is spot on. Al the technician who installed my windshield was very thorough. He made sure my mini SunPass sticker, oil change sticker, as well as my car wash sticker were transferred and placed exactly where they had been without ripping or tearing them. Neil did all the calibrations for the lane departure. Al left no fingerprints on the glass! Which for me is very hard to do. I am very pleased and happy with their work. Both very polite and professional. It didn’t take long at all to have my new windshield installed. I Will not only recommend them but also call Bond Auto Glass again in the future for any windshield needing to be replaced. Thank you much guys 😊

Owner of a 2025 Camry, which had its windshield replaced and unfortunately I had and still am having a bad experience with this company and its employees, the part that attaches to the windshield was damaged and they even left part of the seal damaged inside the vehicle, and since then the problems with warranty, service delays began wasting my time, making me lose money every hour stopped. Very disappointed with this company with meaningless dialogues and explanations. I sincerely do not recommend it and I wait as soon as possible for the damaged parts to be replaced in a professional manner. The disappointment is so great with the service that if I could I would throw the car in the trash.

My family and I went to visit some friends in Orlando. Went to the beach and parked in one of the parking lots they had available. Stayed for a few hours and when we returned to our car there were 3 cracks in my windshield that were not there when we left . Thankfully I found Bond Auto Glass of Orlando and they replaced it the same day. Everyone was very kind an helpful. Thank you for saving our mini vacation

I called Bond Auto Glass late on a Monday afternoon. Chris was very helpful and accommodating. He worked with my insurance, and got the replacement scheduled for the next afternoon! Marcus, the installer, completed the job perfectly with OEM glass in 40 minutes, and was professional, courteous, and explained every step as he did the job. Just had my windshield replaced yesterday, very quick and efficient job by the technicians who were also very polite and asked if I had any questions before working on my car.
