As I was driving down from Georgia to Florida, a rock hit my windshield and made a small chip. However, the Florida heat caused the dime sized chip to grow into a 12 inch crack overnight. Unfortunately, in the state of Georgia we have to pay the comprehensive deductible for glass repair and my deductible was $1000. I initially thought to call Safelite and only because I work in insurance and that was the primary glass repair that our company used. However, as an out-of-pocket paying customer now, I didn't realize how astronomical their fees were. But thank goodness I did a Google search and came across Best Price Glass because they were amazing!! Not only were they quick to respond and told me that I could come down at that moment, but the price was reasonable, and the work was amazing!!! When I arrived, there were 3 cars ahead of me, but the wait time was not that long. Abdullah was very kind and even advised me of the Target across the street that had a Starbucks in it so I could pass my time😊 I definitely will be going to them for my glass repair in the future, and I have shared their information with my family who lives here in Orlando. I wish they had a location in Atlanta.

I called them to get a quote to replace the windshield on my Infiniti SUV, the price was very reasonable and they had it in stock. So, I drove about an hour to get there, it turned out that the windshield was not the same…instead of going back home and coming another day, the owner personally went to get the right windshield from another warehouse to get me out of there as soon as possible. Wow! Where do I begin? Someone broke into my car and shattered my back window and insurance was going to charge me an arm and a leg to fix it. My girlfriend needed her windshield replaced, and they literally came the same day to our apartment in Sanford to fix the car. They were super flexible, which we really appreciated. I had to text and call the owner multiple times for a week to get an appointment. Even the morning of the we agreed for 10am, he still asked me to call and text him to confirm. When I showed up no one was at the store. The installer texted me at 10am to say he would be thirty minutes late. Why does it take repeated calls and texts to different numbers to get the job done? Felt shady and unprofessional. The business should be sending me a reminder of my appointment at 10am on a Saturday, not asking me to text and call different numbers to confirm.

These guys here are the best in the business with the prices and customer care👌I came in with a 02 Honda civic(shattered windshield) and the metal on the corner of my windshield was so rusted there was nothing for the windshield to hold on to. mando went above the call of duty taking on a job that he did not need to. Thus ensuring the structural integrity of the edges were not compromised🙏.
