Auto Glass Now

It’s been nearly a full month since a rock cracked the windshield of my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas on July 4th… and since then, it’s been nothing but a frustrating, exhausting runaround between State Farm and Auto Glass Now in Orlando, FL. State Farm contracted the repair out to Auto Glass Now, and I initially requested OEM factory glass. This was denied by State Farm — disappointing but acceptable. What’s not acceptable? That the OEE aftermarket glass installed by Auto Glass Now is incompatible with my vehicle’s safety systems, which now remain completely disabled because the camera will not calibrate. State Farm then agreed to approve OEM glass (finally), and that’s when the real circus began. Auto Glass Now first tried to push the same incompatible aftermarket glass from Fuyao, again, despite clear evidence it does not work with my vehicle. I declined, rightfully concerned about repeated windshield replacements increasing the risk of leaks and structural issues. After countless phone calls with both companies and no one taking responsibility, I had to physically go into my local State Farm office and refuse to leave until someone helped me. That should not be necessary for a paying customer. Eventually, the OEM glass was approved, and I was told it would arrive within 8–10 business days. That window has come and gone. I spoke with “Raymond” at Auto Glass Now who assured me the glass would be in by August 1st. It is now August 1st… and guess what? No glass, no update, no apology. I spoke with the shop manager, Kendra, who casually informed me she has no idea where the glass is, that “it was ordered,” and apparently there’s no way to track it. She promised a call back. That didn’t happen either. So here I am: a month later, still making payments on a vehicle that cannot be driven safely, with no timeline, no accountability, and no customer service. This is an unacceptable failure on the part of both State Farm and Auto Glass Now. Between the refusal to install proper parts, the blatant miscommunication, and the total lack of urgency, both companies have shown a complete disregard for my time, safety, and money. If you’re considering Auto Glass Now for glass replacement, take this as your warning: you are not a customer… you are a file to be shuffled, passed off, and ignored. I would leave zero stars if I could.

So we were in Orlando enjoying our vacation when all of a sudden our driver side window breaks and our hunt for a window regulator began. After calling countless local glass repair shops in and around the area we came across El Chamo glass repair shop and called them and we were greeted with the most professional staff we’ve encountered thus far on our family trip. Service was clean and quick. We were able to wait nearby while they took care of repair of our mini van. I’m not from the area but felt very fortunate that we came across such nice family owned business. Great work! Highly recommend. Thanks again for your help on this repair.

Very disappointing experience. First, I was given one price over the phone and through their system, but when I showed up, the final price was significantly higher with no clear explanation. On top of that, they replaced my windshield but didn’t reinstall my dashcam or the stickers I had on the old glass. When I asked about it, the person who attended me, Yhama (who claims to be the manager), was extremely rude and unprofessional. She treated me with no respect and spoke to me in a very condescending way. I do not recommend this place — they are dishonest with pricing and treat customers poorly. Stay away.

The black lady at the front desk was very unprofessional and arrogant, first I ask her if they sold the rear view mirror brackets, she said “ those brackets they don’t come separate you have to install a new windshield”. She obviously tried to fool me, when those brackets are on any auto parts stores, at that moment I told her “you're lying to me”, he took on an arrogant attitude and of course I left. I never recommend this company to anyone By the way Im no the only person she take this attitude with, apparently the owner doesn’t care of hows this reviews can affect hin

Your rate is so great and not to mention Chris he’s awesome and very respectful he did a wonderful job explaining to me what he was doing.He was done in less than an hour.Overall I will be recommending your company to anyone who needs that kind of work done. I only have high praise for Auto Glass Now! Their service was quick and professional. Very responsive. Setting up my appointment was easy. Also, I could conveniently pick my location and they would come to me to fix my window. My tech Bryan was super friendly and skilled! My new window looks great. Since I only had my window replaced for 1 week, I can’t comment on how well my new window will do when it rains (if there will be any leaks). But, Bryan did assure me that I have lifetime warranty and I can call them if I have any issues and they will quickly take care of it.

Wonderful service from start to finish. They found the glass I needed for my car that 3 other places could not find. It was a reasonable price and the glass arrived within a couple days. The serviceman that came to replace the glass in my car was very professional, did a great job very quickly and cleaned up all the glass in my car from the window having been shattered. They made what I expected would be a huge hassle and would take weeks turn out to be and easy and pleasant as possible experience at very reasonable cost Thank you!!

Jhanay is absolutely AMAZING! She is very professional, competent and polite, she was very knowledgeable concerning the service I would be receiving and was reassuring on the length of time for the windshield replacement. Her kindness and smile let me know I made the right decision on choosing AGN. Ricardo, the tech that handled my truck was very confident in the time frame and was spot on, there were no delays in the service he provided. Very professional.

Super friendly customer service team had my windshield broken on memorial day was able to get it repaired by Wednesday so within 48 hours they were able to have my car serviced and taken care of even though it was a holiday weekend and they were closed on Monday. The office was very clean smelled great, the glass looks great. They gave me instructions on how to care for it. Overall great experience definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend this place enough. To actually listening to the issue at hand from a bad experience with another glass place, two scheduling, switching claims, arriving on time, fixing the glass properly, and a thorough calibration, they have truly exceeded and went the extra mile. PS: they transferred the stickers so well to the new glass that I barely noticed at first hand.
