My front passenger window was shattered into a million pieces after a rock hit it from someone weed whacking on the side of the road. The glass quickly started to cave into my car creating this massive hole. My insurance deductible is too high so I ended up paying out of pocket. But first, I shopped around to get the best deal. Mr. Auto Glass provided the lowest rate and the best service! They were also the quickest to get me on their schedule (next day). Brian came before the scheduled block of 10-2 after calling me to confirm that would be ok for him to come earlier. He also took the time to vacuum all the tiny glass shards that fell into my car and onto my driveway. Thank you so much for the great service!

Absolutely Amazing! Couldn’t be any happier with my new windshield! I am extremely picky of my Yukon and they nailed it across the board! I recommend this company to anyone with auto glass needs! I used insurance and the process was silly simple! Will, the manager at Mr. AutoGlass, was super helpful through the whole process and made everything make sense. He handled the insurance, the scheduling, all communication was informative as well as easily explained! Great experience with the technician! On time, professional and didn’t mess up a thing! They were supposed to be at my work between 3-5pm. I sent a copy of my insurance and they verified the install. They even sent an appointment reminder text that they were coming. Everything is in the pics I added to this review. Totally blew me off no call no show. I called and text to speak to a "Wil" that I corresponded with prior day and ask where they were. Hung up on me! Left me high and dry! You don't treat people like this when they expect professionalism. Called someone else to install my windshield.

Brian was very courteous from thee beginning and very professional. He called fifteen minutes before he arrived, immediately began to work and explained what he was going to do. He worked diligently and quickly. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. If I should have another incident with the glass I’ll be sure to call on Mr glass without hesitation. After 3 failed attempts by my insurance to get a company to replace my windshield, the rep at our dealership recommended Mr. Auto Glass. She took my info to pass along and Jason called me almost immediately, even though it was after hours on the Friday before a holiday. He walked me through what I needed to do for insurance and promised to call Monday, which he did. They were able to get me in the next day. The windshield looks great and their customer service was top notch.

I was referred to this company through a friend and am so glad I did find them. The first time I needed a windshield replaced, Blake made it so easy for me. So when I had another issue come up with a crack, I knew to reach out to him. Again, the experience was amazing. They made it so easy for me to keep doing what I needed to do without missing a beat. Brian completed the repair work at my job site and was competent, friendly and really made it easy for me!

Juan was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. He arrived on time, was extremely respectful of our space, and his attention to detail was impressive. The work was done perfectly—very clean, efficient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we were happy with the results. It’s rare to find this level of care and craftsmanship these days. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Right from the start, the numerous details that needed to be completed were handled efficiently while I was out of the country. The repair man that came to my home to do the replacement, Brian was on time, polite, and worked neatly and efficiently. I felt my vehicle was in good hands. The next day, they sent a gentlemen to check the calibration on my Subaru's "eye" system. Brian returned with some clips that were needed, again, on time and friendly.

Brian came to my house right on time he said today and professionally replaced my windshield, he totally knows what he is doing, he explains you everything that you question. Also, a note for Will, he made everything very easy for me, he ordered the OEM part and got it even sooner than he said he would. Will also scheduled me for caliberation this coming friday. He is on top his job and very knowledgeable. I totally recommend Mr. Auto Glass.
