Setting up an appointment was so easy the team worked around my work schedule to find the best time for me. The morning of my appointment, Ralph called me first thing and communicated throughly and answered all my questions in a professional manner. When he arrived he repaired my windshield quickly and even transfer my stickers from my old windshield to my new one. He explained the glue drying process to me and was very kind. I called several companies prior to calling Affordable Auto glass and I have to say that it was the excellent customer service that sold me on doing business with them! A decision I don't regret at all. The communication, the punctuality and the professionalism was Top Notch. Not to mention, they came to my home and replaced the glass right here! I had a very favorable experience with Affordable Glass. I had an older car in need of the back glass. The glass suppliers no longer make glass for my older car. I thought I was really in a tight spot. Affordable connected me with a nationwide parts supplier who had the glass stored in one of their warehouses. I picked up the glass and Affordable took care of the installation. The communication with Affordable was excellent. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Called to get a quote and when I didn’t have all the information on hand that he needed, he abruptly hung up. Called back a few minutes later with the required info and he wouldn’t answer the call. Unprofessionalism defined. How unfortunate! Amendment - He texted back stating that the call was dropped due to poor cell reception. I shall extend grace since we are all subject to technology failure from time to time. For that alone I am increasing the rating to a 5.

10/10 recommend. I called to see how much a replacement would be for my 2004 Honda CR-V. They got back to me almost immediately about my quote, and was very affordable compared to Safelite! They managed to squeeze me in the next day which was a huge relief for me. They were very punctual, and my windshield was fixed so quickly. I spoke with John at Affordable Auto Glass. He was very kind and professional. He ordered my replacement windshield and scheduled the replacement right away. He called a day before my scheduled service to confirm and he arrives in the window he provided. He did a great job replacing my windshield. He even swapped my oil change sticker from the old windshield to the new one. I would definitely recommend his business to anyone needing auto glass services!

I was so impressed by the total responsiveness to my request for same day service. One guy drove all the way from Orlando to being the glass and met the installer at my house in record timing so he could install it. All within 5 hours from call to finish. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that and I HIGHLY recommend this crew at this company! It should be noted that out of four places they were the only ones that could make it happen same day!

I called Affordable Auto Glass of Central Florida to replace my windshield. I made the appt. with John, and he and his son came in a few days to my location to install my purchased OEM windshield. They did a great job, got the side moldings off without breaking them. You would never know the windshield was replaced and no leaks. ADAS didn't need calibration works fine. John and his son are the best in the area for windshield replacement.
