I can't say thank you enough to AGS. I'm an idiot and cracked the fixed glass portion of my panoramic sunroof while trying to save a few bucks on replacing a third brake light. Well that was the most expensive third brake light replacement of my life. Nonetheless, the AGS team was very flexible with me and while it's not warrantied, they allowed me to bring in my own glass that I got from a junkyard in order to save a few bucks. I was really trying to save as much as I could because sunroof glass is no joke and very expensive (and I was not going through insurance). AGS dealt with my annoying questions, and charged me for way less hours than I was expecting it to be. I am very appreciative as I'm sure it was a lot of work, as the headliner had to come down. I was worried, but got the car back and not only did they take care of my car in general, they did an absolutely amazing job. You can't even tell it was replaced. Looks better than it did before I broke it lol! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Everyone is super friendly and professional I can't thank you all enough. Highly recommend! I hope I never have to come back, but if I do, these are the guys!!

I had broken windshield and called the Auto Glass Specialists for repair estimate. They scheduled me for installation the following day and sure enough they came in the afternoon. One installer came to the house and seemed to be rushing through the job and off course that never ends up well. As a result he damaged passenger side Garnish of my car which cost $475 to replace. Called the office and they promised they will order a replacement and have it fixed. That was a month ago and since then I called and texted so many times and I've heard every excuse there is in the book of why they are late. Lately, they stopped taking my call or replying to my texts. Yes we all love to help small business owners but if this issue was to happen during the installation from the inexperienced Safelite technicians, they would have replaced the part instantly. 5 stars is not enough for the service I was provided. I came here yesterday for an estimate and the price was unbeatable. Steve took care of me right away and answered all my questions I had. Walking in I felt I was in a reputable business and not a fly by place. Steve told me he was able to replace the back glass on my 2000 Ford Expedition and the very next day. I came in this morning given a time window and it was delivered. The glass looks amazing and it's a privacy window . Anyone putting less than 5 stars is a complete lier. They do other services and I will definitely be coming back for my window tint. I recommend anyone to get your glass replacement done here. Thank you very much Steve for putting my worries at ease. From the very first phone call, I knew this was the shop to use for my Audi RS3. Steve was extremely helpful and detailed, and confirmed he was able to get genuine OEM glass for my car. He kept me in the loop from start to finish and couldn’t have made the process any easier. The replacement glass is as good as new and the installation was performed flawlessly. This is the second time I have had to get my windshield replaced this year because of highway debris. The first time I went through my insurance and they recommended Safelite. That was an absolutely agonizing experience. It took Safelite 5 different attempts to properly replace the windshield. The second time my windshield cracked I decided to use Auto Glass Specialists. Stephanie and Steve were amazing! I called them today and they had me in and out same day! They not only replaced the windshield but did some tinting for me. Happy I chose these guys to replace my windshield after it was cracked from a rock on the highway. Good service, courteous, they ordered my car model's windshield and it arrived in a day. Very easy to set up an appointment over the phone at a time convenient for me. Service took about 3 hours as promised-- check out the great taco place across the street while waiting. At no cost to me (free in FL if you have comprehensive insurance-- I have Geico). They calibrated the car's camera sensors too. Excellent service and communication. I cannot believe I went anywhere else to begin with. On 6/19 I showed up to safelite auto glass to my appointment to have my windshield replaced. Long story short, I ended up calling Auto Glass Specialists from the safelite front desk and scheduled to come in 6/20 to have my windshield replaced. Steph at Auto Glass Specialists handled transferring my insurance claim to their shop via Progressive Auto Insurance. From start to finish, it was awesome! I highly recommend you using their services. Oh, and they install Llumar window films too. Thank you Steve and Steph!!
