I was quoted for a replacement on my windshield Saturday. The cost was great, fast and reliable. They came following Monday and was done everything within 20 minutes in the comfort of my own home. Haven’t used them for service and never would if needed. One of their employees driving a red tundra cut myself and several other people off multiple times while swerving in and out of traffic on 75, and was driving like he was in a race down corkscrew and 41. Completely unprofessional especially with company name all over your truck!

Great service! At an appointed time, technician was at my home and repaired a windshield glass chip. Progressive approval was handled by Auto Glass Depot and payment didn't involve me. Far more convenient than driving to a big-name glass shop and waiting. I would DEFINITELY use Auto Glass Depot again.

One of the most important things when you deal with people providing a service is their honesty and integrity. When it comes to automotive glass, I’m really, really ignorant. I have a 2010 Honda Civic, that has cosmetic stripping around my windshield. I didn’t know it was cosmetic. I thought it had some sort of draining usage. It is wearing out, and living in Fort Myers with the rain, I figured I would be facing some serious leaking/mold issues if I didn’t get it fixed. Brian literally could have taken me for a ride as far as the damage, and I wouldn’t have known the difference. He looked at it for two seconds, said it was cosmetic, and my windshield would be fine. That is honesty and integrity. With the amount of character this man had towards me when I dealt with him, you can put full confidence in him, that he will try to do right by you in your dealings.

I'm sorry, where is this company located. Drove to the address listed and it's a Maaco body shop and no one there ever heard of them. Found four different addresses for this company on google but no one at any of them. It all seems fake to me. Checked with the state, this company has one license to operate and that's out of a residential neighborhood in Bonita. Whatever happened to truth in advertising?

Now I’ve had a few of my vehicles glass replaced over the years and and ive never dealt with a company as good as theirs. The quickest, most respectful and most responsive company I’ve found thus far. Most definitely sticking with them for any future repairs and you should too. A+ service whilst also being affordable. These two are top rate! I had an issue with a dealership arranging my replacement. When I contacted these two, they were on it! This is what customer service should be like every time! So kind and genuine, plus they are just good cool people! The dogs played, yes, I got to bring my dog. I got to chill total Florida style while my windshield was replaced! Thank you both! My daughter had a crack in her windshield and is a few hours from home. I was able to get in touch with Brian who offered a superior deal and was out to my daughter next day. The tech was kind, explained the process, and was done in 30 minutes! My daughter was happy with her experience and the work was perfection! I know where I’ll be going for all repairs in the future.
