Talk to Daniel on the phone and he handled everything. He called my insurance and merged me into a three way call. I just verified a few questions and he handled the rest of it. He even came to my work to replace my windshield despite my very tight schedule. He is very professional and did an excellent job! I highly recommend him to anyone.

I originally went with Safelite, but when they didn’t show up, I decided to try NCF. Immediately, they gave me much more confidence. They were able to get someone out to me the following day. Kevin, one of the technicians was very nice and efficient. If you get a crack in your windshield, call NCF!

Phenomenal work. Came to my workplace and did it in the parking lot and was done a little over an hour with install and recalibration. Paid out of pocket and was WAY less than anybody else, specifically Safelite was almost $600 more. Definitely know who I'm recommending to friends.

They came in with the best estimate for a rear glass replacement on my Ioniq 5 on a Saturday, said they could come out Tuesday. Called Tuesday morning to confirm time. Arrived at time promised, finished the job within an hour and a half. Pleasant tech, thorough and quick, obviously experienced. 5-star experience and they're a locally owned (not corporate) shop so keeping the money local. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t be happier with the job Daniel with NCF Auto Glass did. Communicated well when he was on his way and during the replacement. You can tell that he takes great pride in his work and it shows. On my way home a semi flung something into my windshield that cracked it in two spots and took a chunk out in another spot. I sent a message to them as soon as it happened. I was texted within 30min asking for details and on the phone in under an hour. Mind you, this was AFTER they were closed. I did not expect to hear from them till the next day. After I spoke with them on the phone, 10min later they had me on a 3way call with my insurance getting a full replacement covered. I called on Monday. They were at my work on Wednesday. Even redid the tint for me at an amazing price. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and responsive. They replaced my windshield in about an hour. Cannot recommend enough. I am SO happy I stayed local and didn't use that company that's plastered on every other commercial.

Talked to Dan via phone yesterday and found him quite knowledgeable and he suggested on my older truck to just simply to replace the back glass with a regular rear glass rather than sliding if I haven't use the old one sliding regularly and gave me an estimate right on phone , which was exact as he stated today ( the next day ) and that plus he came on time as promised and watching him work I noticed even his pride in workmanship was top shelf as was his knowledge and personally . Called about my Tacoma Driver window off the track. Made an appointment for the next day. They kept me informed by a phone call and some text. The technician, Avi, was professional and friendly. He obviously knew his windows and the mechanics of power windows. The price was very reasonable. And he put in a good bit of labor fixing the physical mechanism. Rather than just trying to sell a new replacement. So they also have credibility in their recommendations. I highly recommend NCF!

Covered by my insurance!! Glad I called the insurance company, denied their default choice, and put their name in the claim. Easy scheduling and the team comes to the spot you request. Job done decently, clean, and fast. They completed the work in around 1 hour, some places ask for 3 hours… Overall, Highly Recommended. Stay with them and stay away from automatic car wash tunnel!
