Emma at the desk is so rude and very ignorant. She hung up in my face. I've been waiting since the 23rd of March for my back glass to come in and it's is April 3rd and reschedule my appointment several times. One representative says that it is in the warehouse and she calls Emma so that I can ask where the warehouse is and when is it being delivered. Emma says I never told you it had to be delivered. I told her we'll that is what the rep said. She got upset and start saying well ma'am. I asked to speak with the manager and thats when she told me to call back for the manager and hung up. No bye, like a slam. It is 0837am on April 3rd and this is currently happening. Now at 0847 someone is saying it looks like I may be rescheduled again however, they are real professional and nice. They apologized for Emma and said she must be having a bad day. Maybe, however she needs to stay home. Today April 4th I recently dropped off my car and had a disappointing experience. This morning, Emma was quite rude. When I inquired about the status of my window, her response was brusque, as if she had already informed me the day before. I reminded her that our conversation ended abruptly and that a representative had advised me to come in, as the window should be ready. While I was at the service window, I overheard her discussing me, suggesting that someone should handle "this customer." Despite remaining calm, I requested to speak with the manager, but he never came to address my concerns. I noticed him outside as I was leaving; he seemed unwilling to engage, stating he was busy and that his staff required his attention. I attempted to express my complaint, but he appeared anxious and stressed. I plan to contact headquarters to request the customer service call with Emma and to discuss her unprofessional behavior, as well as the manager's disregard for my concerns.

This place has been so inept at customer service, scheduling and ordering glass for my 2020 honda ridgeline. My glass broke over Mother's day weekend and I scheduled a week out to get it replaced. The day before my appointment i get called 3 times during my work day to confirm my appointment. I show up the next morning to do my appointment at 8:30, I waited in sitting area until 9:45. The technician comes and grabs my key and I assume I will be getting my truck back. The technician comes back 5 minutes later explaining they do not have my glass for the repair! It was so important for me to confirm my appointment yet they didnt confirm the arrival of my glass. How does that make sense. So anyway I couldn't take my truck for Memorial Day weekend and had to pivot transportation plans because of this colossal error. They informed me they would reschedule when they confirm the glass. I get an email saying to come in and do my appointment at a time they scheduled. So I schedule my time and I arrive at 8:05, yes a bit late for my 8 o'clock appointment but I'll take the hit on that. So I wait and about 30 minutes later the manger comes out and informs me THEY DO NOT HAVE MY GLASS! They said they could not locate it in a 1000 miles radius but I more than welcome to standby in the waiting room to see if they could. Like what good would that do. That distance is not going to happen same day. I scheduled with a local auto glass company and will recommend anyone that goes to this safelite branch for in person repair for anything other than a windshield is to confirm they have your proper glass and appointment time.

I brought my car in to this facility Friday to get my windshield replaced. They did a great job on that. However, they scratched my car, which I didn't discover until I was back in Crawfordville, where I live. I took a photo and called Safelite, and they scheduled an appointment Tuesday (10/29) for someone to come to my house and look at my car (that was my understanding). It was entered incorrectly as a glass replacement, which had just been done Friday, so someone canceled the appointment. This is what I was told by Emma when I called on Tuesday to ask what happened. She said that the boss, Justin Collins, was on vacation but that he would call me back "tomorrow" (10/30). It's 11/1 and I still have not gotten that call back. I called today to follow up and was again told that Justin was out but would call me back. If they do get back to me, I will revise this review but for now, it sure seems like they are avoiding me. UPDATE 11/6: I was contacted twice yesterday by two people who thought the problem was with the glass; I had to correct them both times. However, someone was at my house to take photos of my car. Waiting for further word. Upgrading review to 2 stars since I was contacted. If they fix the paint damage, I will do further upgrades. UPDATE 11/18: It has been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard back, so I am downgrading the review back to 1 star. FINAL UPDATE: They did call back on 11/21/24. They deny the damage was their fault. Since I have no proof, I'm letting it go, but I have no incentive to raise their score either.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had an appointment at this location for a warranty-covered windshield replacement. I did EVERYTHING right—confirmed with the warranty company, called Safelite, and made sure all the details were handled before I even hit the road. I drove almost TWO HOURS to get here, only to be treated like absolute garbage!!! The desk paper weight,—Ms. Emma (if you can even call her a customer service rep)—was the RUDEST, most unprofessional, condescending person I’ve ever encountered. She made the warranty company wait on hold for 43 MINUTES, then told them she wouldn’t accept the claim unless they resubmitted it online. While I was standing right there with all the information she needed!!! And then—get this—she had the audacity to tell me that if I had "been more careful and watched where I was going," my windshield wouldn’t be cracked. EXCUSE ME?!?! WHO SAYS THAT TO A CUSTOMER?? Absolutely disgusting behavior. She cancelled my appointment on the spot and acted like it was no big deal. ZERO empathy. ZERO professionalism. She should NOT be working with the public, period!!! If I had read the reviews beforehand, I would have known to stay FAR AWAY. DO NOT go to this location. DO NOT deal with this woman. She needs a serious attitude adjustment—or better yet, a new career far, far away from people. I will NEVER be back. EVER!!!

I have had three windshields replaced by safelight and all three have failed in the same location, and similarly. One little tic from a small piece of road debris and my windshield would develop a crack that would run across the windshield. I noticed on the last installation that the two top edges were deflected upwards and even pointed this out to the installer. They insisted it was fine. After the failure I setup an appointment to have it inspected. The associate insisted it was from the small, barely visible chip. The glass failed from stress, it was bowing up at the edge! He said I could speak to the manager and that never came back from his lunch break. I waited in the lobby for over an hour and the nice receptionist even gave me the managers number but he never returned my call or message. This is not very professional and I will never use Safelight again! I have included pictures of the failure and also a picture of an acceptable windshield chip that did not spiral across the windshield!

AVOID THIS PLACE. I had my windshield replaced here on 8/12/26, and it was a nightmare. Right after the replacement, I noticed a very noticeable, distracting long scratch with chipping on the rearview mirror glass, and the nearby black trim was warped- this was not there before. I reported it immediately to Donnie, the technician who worked on my car, while still in the parking lot. He said he’d speak to a manager in the morning and keep me updated- I never heard back. The shop claims the damage was pre-existing, pointing to their pre-install photos. However, Donnie sent me the photo, and it shows the scratch and warped trim were NOT there before the replacement. Now the front desk staff claims their technicians “don’t ever touch the rearview mirror,” which is a blatant lie. The front desk staff was also extremely rude and dismissive when I tried to explain. This shop damaged my car and refuses to fix it. I will be reporting this to the BBB and my insurance. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They explained the process, answered my questions, and completed the work quickly without compromising quality. My new windshield looks perfect, and they even cleaned up the surrounding area, leaving my vehicle spotless. Safelite truly delivered on their promise of convenience and quality service. I left feeling confident in their work and appreciated their attention to detail. Nightmare to deal with. My vehicle was left a message with dirt, mud everywhere, even in my seat, my radio just unacceptable. They left trash in my yard that had to be cleaned up. Tried discussing this when I called in, but had the rudest most disrespectful woman sit there and argue with me about the muddy footprints on my seats, to the point I just hung up on the dreadful lady. I had pictures, eye witnesses and video footage clearly showing the technician standing in my seat and was asked to send the photos to the manager. Just to get even more insulted with his response being he spoke to the technician and she thought she had cleaned it up... wth.. so his solution was asking if I would like to schedule a vacuum. That's a big no there buddy, don't care to ever do any sort of business with this office ever again. Unprofessional to say the least. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! I booked an appointment online and it was confirmed receiving an email from Safelite AutoGlass confirming the time. I showed up for the appointment 15 minutes early and they said your appointment was an hour earlier. I showed the representative the email confirming the time stated. They insisted I didn’t show up on time and I politely said there must be some kind of mistake can you please do my repair and I would be happy to wait. They told me I wasn’t getting it done today period. I asked for the manager and he came in and with an unprofessional, belligerent attitude said to bad it was your fault. I advised I would get my repair done elsewhere and leave a terrible review of their customer service skills. He said can’t wait to see it. So here it is Leo. Don’t do business with Safelite!

Would give zero stars honestly. Worst customer experience I have ever experienced. The front desk agent named Emma called my husband entitled and privileged for claiming his right of an appointment that SHE gave away to another customer because he was in line after them. Then proceeded to tell me he is a LIAR for saying he was on time for an appointment. I have never heard of such a poor attitude from somebody that works in customer service. Manager named Lee would not talk to my husband or I in person or on the phone. Safelite should be ASHAMED of the folks they have working at this establishment. Better off going to AutoGlass now or directly to a repair shop with an insurance claim. Do better, you’re a disappointment to your company and to your damn selves !
