After having shattered the window of my BMW X3 by backing into a poorly designed parking space, I visited Superior Auto Glass after having seen positive reviews online. I initially went to the dealer's in-house repair shop however they stated that they don't replace glass and that I would need to locate a third party to perform the work. When I arrived at Superior, the staff was very friendly and was able to give me an appointment for the immediate next day, at a very reasonable price. When I arrived, the office coordinator (husband of the receptionist) showed me the glass which they would use and how it is the same as the original BMW glass, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. The original estimate said that the work should take around four hours however Kroning (the technician who performed the work) was able to install the OEM glass in less than two hours. Completely satisfied with the positive experience from the friendly staff, and despite never wanting to break a windshield again- I will gladly return if that happens.

I never post reviews but the service is so good here, I would give them 10 stars if I could. My car got broken into which is frustrating as is. I called superior auto glass at 8 on the dot when they opened and they answered immediately and provided me with pricing and all the information. When I arrived they not only replaced the window but cleaned up all of the glass in under 45 minutes. It’s so hard to find good service sometimes in Miami, the promptness and professionalism here was so appreciated, especially after having to deal with such a frustrating ordeal if your car gets broken into. I highly recommend superior auto glass to anyone! Especially being a woman calling and walking in on my own, I didn’t feel like I got over charged or anything, they were fair, quick, and delivered amazing service.

Very disorganized company,,they utilize far away vendors with no oversight whatsoever....Only 2015 Ford Explorer they replaced the windshield and used Amazon A pillar covers instead of the proper dealer covers which were not compatible and did not line up,,,Now a year later the windshield leaks around the top profusely,,13 calls into their warranty department and not a single reply back!!! Been raining heavily in South Florida for 3 days now.....Now im being forced to seek out a reliable company to fix their shoddy repair job and retain an attorney to recover the costs as they were given 3 days to make this right and failed....Avoid this company at all costs unless you want your nice custom car to get ruined from water damage.....

I am very satisfied with their service!! I went there yesterday to ask for a quote for a windshield replacement. Not only they gave a good price, but also they managed to replace it while I was there. They arranged the new windshields to be delivered from a different store on Saturday at noon, so I did not have to waste time during the week (to take time off from work etc.) to go there back again. Very quick and good service! they even fixed some small stuff around the windshield for me - fixing the mirror, putting back some stickers from the old windshield etc. If I ever need a similar service again, that's the place where I'll go! This would be my third time here, first time for a new passenger rear window that got vandalized, second time to fix a loose retainer on my drivers window, and this time was to replace my cracked windshield. All 3 times the work was completed in an hour or less. Very good prices, I got a good low estimate every time. You can tell by the quality of work that these guys do, that they have been doing this a very long time and are experienced, so you're in good hands with Superior. They use good quality OEM glass, no cheap garbage glass. The staff is very courteous and informative. You can tell they want to make you happy. Good people, good service, highly recommend!

This is unfortunate the second time I have had to replace a front Glass, the first time I had Safelite do the work using the. Mobile service and it was the worst decision ever made (not done properly). This time I chose Superior Auto Glass, the people here are very professional, specially Leo, who listened to all my concerns and his team did a professional Job. Together we called Geico while I was at the facility to approve other parts for the replacement that they identified needed replacement. The went to BMW dealer picked up the parts and I was out in short order. I truly recommend this place if you are ever in this unfortunate situation.

Highly recommended. Fast and reliable. Excellent customer service. The other places I called did not have the parts needed to replace my windows, took a while calling me back, or did not have appointments for almost a week! Superior autoglass told me to bring in my car in as soon as I called them. They did have the parts, and the technicians got to work on my car as soon as I arrived. Very satisfied with my experience here. Took my Audi A4 to have the windshield replaced. The receptionist was knowledgeable and she helped me with my insurance claim too. Leo was very courteous and friendly! He had ordered my OEM windshield the day I called the shop, which came in earlier than expected, and he called me immediately once they had received. Had my windshield replaced in a few hours! They open early too so I was able to drop my car off before work at 8am. These guys are awesome. Took on a job that no one else wanted to take on, due to parts being discontinued, YET THEY STILL KNOCKED IT OUT THE PARK! cleaned up under the windshield beautifully and resealed, mounted new windshield and couldn’t be happier, like nothing EVER HAPPENED! Highly recommend! Seems to be family business and they take care of you as one of their own. Felt super at home and everything went according to their updates! Unreal. Seriously got a broken windshield go here. You won’t regret it. Mil gracias mi pana !
