I’m giving this place 5 stars for many reasons but mainly because of the outstanding customer service. Those from Miami know that good customer service is hard to find here but this place is an exception for sure. First of all I called about 20 different glass places in the area and Duque had the best price out of all. He didn’t have my glass in shop but said if ordered by 2pm he’d be able to have it that same day if not, then the day after. Duque the owner is the one handling the phone calls and he was the one helping me once I got there. He was very courteous and easy going. Very nice guy indeed. He was super nice when over the phone and in person. He speaks both English and Spanish. My car was finished faster than I expected. And he took his time in making sure my window worked properly and that there weren’t any other issues. I was left a happy customer and blindly recommend him.

We called early in the day because of the good reviews to make sure they had our specific windshield and they reassured us they would have our specific windshield by a certain time. We arrived and left our car while we got some lunch and when we came back we found out that they had in fact not gotten our specific windshield and they had already taken off our windshield. We now have been waiting a total of 2.5 hours. Once our windshield did arrive I had to go and ask the lady we spoke with where we were at with our repair for them to get started on it...I can’t speak for the quality of work yet but based on the professionalism and how things have been handled up to this point I’m not expecting much. If you are on the fence or even thinking about any glass work just do yourself the favor and call this place. I had my rear window broken all of a sudden on a Thursday night, and i instantly tried to get a quote from Safelite and other large places late at night for huge amounts of $1500+. The following morning El duque had given me a quote for a FRACTION of the other two prices installed and all. Apparently given due to my cars age, the glass would not be ready for atleast a week as well I was told by other shops. In one call they found the elusive glass and installed it under an hour. Cannot give enough stars for fixing my pride and joy. No leaks, no issues and most importantly NO COMPLAINTS!!!

I was in need of replacing the windshield of my son’s car. I did plenty of research before I decided to use them to the job as I really did not know where to go or who to talk to. After a full week of research I can say that they not only have the best prices around, but they are extremely professional and honest. I spoke to Carlos and his father and they are simply exceptional people. Their customer service is just excellent and the job was done much faster than I ever thought it could be. I am amazed of this place; they are truly an example of a perfectly run business – very impressive. I highly recommend them!!!

My experience at Duque Auto Glass was the best I have ever had in Miami at any place getting work done on my vehicle, including both small shops as well as on market chains like Firestone or Pep Boys, etc. Their customer service is excellent, they are fully bilingual, they were extremely accommodating so I could wait in their office & work on my laptop in the AC with their strong WIFI. Best part, they fixed my car for half of what all other shops I called quoted me and the price they quoted me was the final price. They were done in 30 minutes! Would come back here again!

This shop is the best in Miami! They are extremely professional, friendly, affordable, and fast. They were able to install a windshield replacement and calibrate the sensors in less than two hours. I highly recommend Duque Auto Glass for all your auto glass needs. Give them a call and see how they compare to other shops in terms of professionalism and price. If I could give them 100 stars I would. They even installed my rearview mirror on the new glass. This family-owned business has been open for 45 years. They know what they’re doing. Trust them!! I locked myself out of my car. Went to Duque Auto Glass and the car . To replace it was about $300+. Didn't get his name but he told me if I mind replacing it with a used window. I told him sure that's cool. What's the price on that. He made a few calls and got me a used one for under $200. Told me it may take one to two hours. I sat in the office to wait he comes out 20 minutes later advising me that it was done. Hope not to have to go there again,but if I need to replace any auto window that's the place I'm going to. Thanks guys. You did a great job.

The best place! Very honest people. They initially thought that the regulator of my car was broken and that I needed a new one, but when they discovered that my regulator was just fine, they charged me just for the service of placing the window in properly, which ended up being less than half of the initial price! In any other places they would just sell me a new regulator and charge me a lot more. Very honest people, very fair prices, and very fast as well!

Love this place. They are very customer oriented & professional. Their work is quality, their prices are fair, they are upfront and always dependable. Twice ive had my truck window broken, Duque has it replaced the mext day, my truck is always cleaned, properly reasembled, and in a little over an hour of work. I seriouslylove this place.i couldnt ask for a better shop for glass repair.

Big mistake going to these guys. First it was major wind noise AFTER they replaced my windshield. Took it back, they said they fixed it, then it was a water leak. Didn't want to deal with them anymore, so I took it to a real auto glass place called Glass R Us, and they told me they didn't even feel it in the bottom. Don't waste your time with these people. Very low quality work.
