I highly recommend using this company. I first went to a company called Affordable Auto Glass in Hialeah, Fl. What a huge mistake that was! I ended calling Countywide Auto Glass back and having a call back immediately. advising that my windshield is in stock and was given an appointment for the very next day. The technician Christian was prompt and professionalism and took about 30 minutes for the install. I would definitely recommend Countywide to all my coworkers, friends, and family. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! amazing company , amazing people. I called countywide when my windshield got cracked and they helped me really fast. The entire process was painless and quite pleasant. Damian, the owner, was very helpful and took care of the insurance for me. I did not have to do anything at all.... They billed the insurance company, came to my place of business and replaced the windshield the same day...all pain free. I will strongly recommend this company to anyone... I have actually done that and they have always done an excellent job for all my friends and clients.... don't bother calling anyone else...Countywide auto glass is the only glass company worth doing this type of work in Miami-Dade. monday night after a birthday party at my friends home in belle meade, i came out at 11:30 pm to find my driver door window smashed with glass shards everywhere. Tuesday was NOT the day to have to fix the window because my dad was coming in from west palm on the brightline in Aventura at 2:51pm and it was already 9:30. I called a few places listef on yelp but they either didn't have time or the price was too high. Going to the dealership for a repair was out of the question because the estimate i got from them was over $1-000. When i called Countywide it was surreal. The guy who i spoke with seemed super friendly and nice but was multitaskig and i thought for sure this would e a waste of time. However, he took my make and model of car and the year and told me he had someone coming out my way that morning and he cuold do the repair for $215.00 plus tax. I wasnt convinced he was for real but I took a leap of faith. He asked me if i spoke spanish. I said yes. He said alejandro would be coming to my home to fix the car and he made me his first stop so i would be done no later than 2 so that could go get my dad. No deposit no paperwork. Just a phone call. Sure enough, around 30 minutes later Alejandro called me and told me he'd arrive at my apt in 30 minutes. He got there in 25. I showed him where the carwas parked and gave him gave him the keys. Brouught him a bottle of water and next thing i knew he was finished. A;ll of 35 mins and that included vacuuming all the glass out of the car as well. He took payment via Zelle which I think was great because it's more secure than giving somene a card ovrer the phone. So for $230.05 I haf a new window installed, car vacuumd and was made whole again afer such an awful end to my evening. Alejandro was an honest super hard working professional and cared about my car ike it was his own. He came with all the tools and parts he needed plus the vacuum and even his own coffee. I coulfdn't have found a better compnay to replace my window and would use Countywide again in a heartbeat. They were professional, on time priced better than any other competitor and had excellent customer service. Awesome. Than k you soo much for getting itdone so fast and for being real honest people. I give Countywide Auto Glass 10 stars if I could. My car was broken into on 9/27/23. They cracked my front passenger door glass and shattered my rear door glass. Thankfully nothing was taken as I don’t keep valuables in my car. I made my report and contacted my insurance company. I was able to get a rental for 30 days until Safelite was able to get my glass replaced. I went to Safelite direct as I was being given the run around from my insurance company and someone finally told me they didn’t have my glass anywhere in the United States. I literally googled other shops and vendors and came across CountyWide and let me tell you. I got a call back 5 mins later. Damien asked for my car details and probably 15-20 mins he told me they can replace my glass the next day. Damien even got my insurance company on the line with us in a 3 way in order to expedite my order. I was then given a time slot for next morning and Juan the tech arrived on time, was very friendly and answered all my questions and finished my replacement in about an hour. Let me tell you that the experience I got from Countywide was first class and they won me as a customer for life. Damien literally doing the extra leg work in finding my glass was able to locate it in 15 mins compared to Safelite in 30 something days. If I could negatively rate them, I would. I hired them to remove my front windshield for body work to my vehicle, and to replace my rear window. When I went to pick up my vehicle, my dashboard was completely destroyed, and the windshield is leaking. They refused to take responsibility and referred me to their liability insurance, who took over 5 months to deny the claim, as I expected them to do. Countywide tried to blame the body shop where the vehicle was, but I have had three vehicles repaired there and never had a problem. Countywide said they never got into my vehicle to do their work, but the rear window is retained by nuts on the inside of the vehicle. Countywide not only failed to clean the channel for the weather stripping on the windshield when then removed it, they failed to correct the issue when they installed the new weather stripping, leading to the weather stripping not properly adhering, and coming off. I highly recommend Countywide Auto Glass if I could give it 10 stars plus I would. My experience with Damian from first time I called was excellent! Wow talk about customer service awesome! He took care of everything with my insurance company kept me posted on the progress and even got me toyota original windshield. The tech that came to my house Christian Ramos called me 30 minutes before my appointment to inform me he was on his way. He arrived on time very polite, professional. He finished clean my car in and out, he made sure I was happy before he left explain everything in detail about the new windshield not what to do in the next 2 hours. Christian was amazing. I found this company online because of there reviews . My insurance company refer me to safelite after reading there reviews I said no way am taking my car there. Listen - you're not going to get a quicker response or a more friendly customer service experience for the price. Spoke to Damian after my car rear window got smashed in by a Homerun at a softball tournament. As upset as I was about the whole thing, I asked for a quote via yelp and was given the best price possible in a super timely manner. Damian was professional and more than accommodating. The morning of the install, Chris came to my house for the installation and was courteous and quick. Overall the experience was overwhelmingly pleasant given the circumstances of having to replace my car window in the first place. There are g good customer service representatives and then there are great ones that are rare. Damian from Countrywide is one of this representatives. He not only in a matter of 48 hours or less got us the back glass for our new Acura integra from Acura dealership followed up with every detail and spect on our car. Our insurance company like many which is top, sent us a company Safeguard that most of the time will provide you with no authentic parts and the time frame was a total of 16 days Damian did it right away and took care of the insurance as well. Damian was an absolute pleasure and provided superb service! And Ivan was the technician who came to our house to install the glass and he did an excellent job!! I got a chip and crack in my Audi Q8 windshield and I was mortified to handle this whole process especially since when I went to Safelite they didnt even know a Q8 existed in the Audi line. I have a ton of sensors and cameras in the car that I was worried wouldn't work if I went there. Handling the insurance was also a nightmare, but thats where Damian is also an expert in. He walked us through the process and how to navigate the insurance claims which was beyond helpful. I would highly recommend his company and Ivan's services!
