Called my insurance for a cracked windshield and back glass. Insurance couldn’t find me an appt for 7 days, I explained that wouldn’t work since it’s hurricane weather in Miami right now and that would mean tarping my truck everyday/night from the leak the crack in the rear was causing. They gave me the number to a few places to call, Charlie’s was one of them. Being that Charlie’s has been around since the 40’s, I was familiar with them, but figured they would be too busy to get me on also. They happened to be the ONLY place out of the 6 referred to me that said “sure come on by we’ll get it done for you today” with no hesitations. That was not only a huge relief, but a surprise. I left work in a hurry (shout out to my boss over at Tint World Doral for letting me just run out on a whim and I yelled “Charlie’s can take me right now” lol) arrived to Charlie’s and they not only treated me with great customer service, but treated my baby with the utmost care!! They take care of luxury cars on a regular basis and didn’t hesitate to treat my lightning with the same care!! They listened to all my requests, no matter how ridiculous or minute; that in itself shows the kind of customer service they have. I was in AND out in 4 hours! Replaced my windshield and back glass. I hope I won’t need their services again, but if I do I know where to go. Definitely referring them to everyone! Thanks again Charlie’s, my baby Ace says thank you too, he’s not longer raining on the inside! Ha. UPDATE: So Florida heat is so hot it melted the glue on the top rubber about 6 months to a year later. While driving on the highway half of one side partially flew up. I reached out, they said no problem bring it by whenever and we’ll take care of it! Awesome customer service and turn around time again!PositiveProfessionalism

Who knew windows require lubrication?! Tech was very honest, added some lubricant and the window was back in action. The diagnosis fee is good towards credit within 30 days of consultation. Well lube didn't fix it. It's returned. Also, not sure why my vehicle was in the bay for 20-30 minutes but no one took apart the door. Instead they wanted me to spend money on stuff until we found the issue. However, had they taken apart the door, they would've noticed that the person who installed my door speakers screwed the regulator incorrectly with no bolt to hold it or washer to avoid tearing the aluminum. Long story short, you got to disassemble stuff to find out what's going on inside. Lastly, I'm still waiting for an email with a PR on the switch that it didn't need replaced. Still, a follow-up as promised would've been nice. Giving 3 stars because the tech, who was likely ordered to diagnose without disassembly, tried to help me out and taught me something new but DUDE she's clueless. She likely knows more about the Kardasians than car windows. Folks, stop calling. All's fixed now with the replacement of the reg and motor. Would've just been a simple job of securing the motor with a washer but it tore the aluminum that night and twisted inside the door forcing the replacement of both. Master switch is working as designed. The photos are to illustrate the torn hole n not what was performed at C'sAG.

These people were recommended to me by word of mouth. True professionals answered the phone no later than the second ring every time I called. They happened to have my specific glass in stock, so I got it fixed the following day. They are a stark contrast to the shady "professionals" out there when I called around to get my front windshield fixed. They guided me through the process with the insurance. Since they were preferred partners with my insurance, I had to do basically nothing besides tell Progressive I would be going with Charlie's Auto Glass. The insurance and Charlie's handled the rest. Do yourself a favor and save the headache, just call them. They can even come to you. Stop messing around with shady Miami "mechanics" or "technicians". I had Safelite come by with the wrong glass twice, with lots of delays and impossible to get a hold of. Just go read the reviews of them. As a Miami native, I find it so great to have TRUE pros around our community. Let's take care of them and give them our business; they're great, responsive, and professional. Just my 2 cents.

Introducing @green_gyant My Ride, My Pride. My truck had 3 separate leaks alongside the front of the headliner. Charlie’s assured me that the leaks were coming from the windshield area. We agreed to do a remove & reseal as long as the windshield did not break/crack in the process. I have lettering tributing my truck to the U.S. military on the front & asked them to be extra careful in what they could control. They were able to successfully remove & reinstall my windshield. They showed me that I had no body rust in the area. Since I’ve left there, NO LEAKS. This is a 17 year old truck & is super near and dear to my heart. The folks at Charlie’s were professional, kind, & treated me like a valued customer. I would recommend anyone to go to them! Thank you for your stellar service & care. AAA+++

Well I just gotta say that these two ladies at front desk at Charlie’s are the true heroes of this company This morning I had a freak accident and basically lost the rear right back door window so I called this morning and Mari answered my called with such a friendly enthusiasm and not to mention loved her New York accent. She was so professional and she knew exactly what to say and how to say it. I had a GREAT experience this morning at Charlie's Auto Glass! I wanted to replace the fixed rear window in my 18-year-old Chevy truck with a sliding one. They agreed to give it a try, checking fit when the new glass arrived. From the time I walked in the door to driving away was only about 2 hours! Super helpful front desk staff and owner. The installers let me check the opening after they removed the old window (no rust) and I was lucky that they were able to save the undamaged old glass and box it up for me. I am very, very happy. Great people, great service and great Art Deco building that has been a landmark at 8th Street and Ludlam since 1947. 5 Stars – Outstanding Service! I had an incredible experience with Kevin Lara from Charlie’s Auto Glass Miami. He came to replace the back glass on my 2019 Dodge Challenger and did an amazing job. Not only was he professional and efficient, but his attitude was also top-notch. Charlie's saved the day! After I called they had already connected with my insurance and came to me at work to replace my cracked windshield. Dispatch was very helpful and my technician Alex was polite and professional. In less than an hour my windshield was replaced and looking brand new. They were considerate enough to replace my Jeep windshield with the Mopar glass and Alex even made sure to reapply my Sun Pass. Mary and Ozzy went above and beyond to provide the e best service possible! Something hit my windshield and cracked it on the way home from work and I had a job interview an hour away the next day! Thanks to Mary and Ozzy I was still able to make it and I got the job! Life savers!!! They are absolutely amazing at their jobs and such nice, helpful, and responsive people.
