South Florida! Forget Safelite!!!! Auto Glass South Florida is the best company to get your windshield replaced! I have a Lexus IS 300- and safelite wanted to rip me and my insurance company off, drive to the hood and “drop and go” aka leave my car there for 8 hours, so they can bank on the hourly rate your insurance pays. So I called my insurance company and they suggested this company. I sent pictures of the damage, and within an hour by the company and they told me someone would be to my HOUSE (safelite said my car didn’t meet criteria for mobile service - LIES!) and gave me a time frame, the service gentleman, Yoel came right on time and has the job completed on 1.5 hours! My windshield looks perfect and he even cleaned my dashboard and recalibrated my car so my safety features still work! The entire process was hassle free and I’m so glad I went with them; saved me a lot of time and were extremely professional! If you have a cracked windshield, especially if you have a newer car, use this company and do NOT use safelite! Highly recommend, incredible customer service throughout!

Recently I needed to replace the side window of my car and honestly I had no clue who or where to call. I was recommended to call this company and so I did. Best experience I have ever had with any car issues related company. These people are the bomb! The appointment setting was great and they followed up with me because my insurance had to approve OEM parts. The lady even called on her lunch break to confirm all my details. However, I was told the tech would arrive at 9:30am but didn’t show up until 2pm. The work was done fast and glass looks good but a piece of the rearview mirror wasn’t put back properly and fell as I was driving causing me to swerve from the shock. Luckily, there were no other cars but it could have been dangerous.

The tech was courteous and very professional. The only thing that I did not like is that I was informed that the tech’s ETA was between 8am and 4pm and the tech arrived at 5pm. Basically you have to be waiting all day and make Sure You check your phone periodically waiting for the tech to call you or text you when he is on the way. I think an eight hour waiting spread is too long but other than that the glass came out great and like I mentioned the tech was great too.

Awesome... all good..only 1 thing.. Glass wasnt vacuumed AROUND the car... They should have a vacuum to hit around the car... or at least b aware of it..large shards still everywhere..glass is still on driveway.(driveway is grooved blocks, so need vacuum).sht is SUPER SHARP.. [Car sat for 3 weeks]. and since I don't have a vacuum.(no rugs in home).I'm goin to end up buying one 🙄 still givin 5 stars cuz it was installed very well...

I made the appointment with Katelyn Dickerson. She was extremely nice and helpful. She went beyond the call of duty to help and accommodate me. What a blessing she is. The company should use her for best practices when dealing with clients. Yoel came to my house to install the glass. He was very professional, pleasant and efficient. He did a great job. Horrible. From the time I made first contact with your company it took approximately a month to install my front windshield. Although the technician did a good job in actually installing the windshield, my appointment was from 8-noon and he arrived at approximately 3:30. This was the second appointment as you canceled the first appointment the day before it was scheduled.

I’m very satisfied with Auto Glass Now! I have a 2025 GMC Terrain, and the glass was so new that most companies told me it would take 6–8 weeks to get it. Auto Glass Now was able to find it in just 4–5 weeks and handled everything professionally. They even installed it while I wasn’t there, and the work was clean and well done. Highly recommend their service!
