They DAMAGED MY CAR. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER. DESERVE TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS. They cut a wire in my car that cost me $1500 to fix. They admited that they cut the wire and they refuse to pay for the damage. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I'm filling a complaint at the better business bureau.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Went here to see if they could fix my sunroof that was stuck in the open position. They advised me that they no longer repair sunroofs. They told me they would take a look. They ended up helping me and readjusted my sunroof in the closed position. Great people. Very professional. Would recommend this place to anyone I know. 10/10 service

Could have been better, could have been worse. OK price but what I did not appreciate was the owner making it seem like he would call when he was finished. When I called to ask about the status of the job (because I had somewhere to be!!), he laughs at me on the phone and says "oh I don't call." Left my luxury vehicle UNLOCKED parked on the street as it was clearly the nicest car he was working on just to try and get attention. When asked about this, owner got very defensive and dismissive. Be careful, the glass installed did not last 2 months without cracking. The owner reports that no way this is possible because he can see microscopic cracks. I explained it is possible the glass was damaged during the installation or the glass had a microscopic crack and just got a bit worse while driving, but he insists that this is impossible. He said someone may have washed my window too hard. I have never had a glass crack without seeing an impact mark. the owner does not stand behind his product and it is true cheapest is to dearest. Lesson learned. Do not support this business if this is how the community is treated.

First time at this place, and they did great with installing a motor for my windows and it didn't take long 30 minutes to a hour at most and that is real good for a shop to have so many people that needed their windows fix within one hour, I like the fact that the guy with the blue hat I assume is the owner, he help me right away, his customer service skill are on point, if I ever need another windows fix this is where I'm going and I will recommend friends and family as well. Thanx guy with the blue hat and your workers for a great job. 😊👍🏽

If you have the right tools for a job, it makes the job much faster and easier. The team at Auto Glass R Us (Rex & Lazaro) definitely have the experience and the correct tools to make my window replacement experience fast and easy at a reasonable cost. I arrived at their shop being the next serviced vehicle on a weekday at 9.30AM and was leaving at roughly 10.10AM. Hopefully I don't need them again, but should I need another window replaced, I would definitely return. Thank you guys.

Worst experience ever. They held our company vehicle for the whole day for what was supposed to be a minor repair of a couple hours according to them, forcing us to do deliveries in our personal vehicles. Then they overcharged us for more than the agreed upon price. They didn't accept any form of payment other than cash and held our vehicle if we didn't pay the new price, something illegal in the state of Florida. The owner was aggressive and very confrontational.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the services I received from Auto Glass r us. As a woman I came to the shop expecting to get ripped off, especially when the shop across the street literally gave me a quote for DOUBLE ($675) what I was charged at auto glass to replace my 2 passenger windows. I did my homework and I knew exactly what the type of service with labor will cost me, so I will definitely refer all my friends to them. They are running a fair business.

Put a kayak thru company truck on Thursday night needed to get it fixed before 2pm Friday ( gotta pick up my check without boss finding out I wrecked the rear window) these guys came thru. Super Fast verty reasonable and came thru like a boss. I would never use any other window guy. Ima cheerleader for this place. Got my check and I'll be at goleta tomorrow. Thanks fuys.
