Walter worked on my truck, driver side window with integrity and care. He was patient and kind in the manner in which he fixed the window. He paid attention to every detail of the repair. I sat down and watched him dismantled the door. Removed the bad motor and regulator. We went together , purchased the replacement kit. While replacing the new parts; he discovered that clips were not included. We called a few places. We couldn’t purchase new clips. Now what? I was becoming nervous. I needed the truck for work the next day. This was serious… my job! My new job! He doubled down got as creative as he did. Fixed the window like the wonderful workman and the professional that he is. I have been procrastinating on getting the driver's side window fixed for some now. It started with the window stalling or getting stuck. Then the window cracked when it eventually slipped off of the track/regulator & the glass cracked. I STILL didn't get it fixed until I accidentally put the window down & the window fell into the door panel! I did a Google search & read a few reviews on Gator Auto Glass of Fla Inc. and was sold. I'm so glad I found Walter. What a sweetheart. After speaking with him for a few minutes, I drove my 2005 Dodge Durango to his residence. He was so professional in keeping me posted on what parts were needed, anticipated prices & how long it would take to fix my driver's side window. His prices are EXTREMELY reasonable. So. Good news, he was quick, called me back right away when I left a message, and was fairly priced. He certainly helped me in a pinch. The bad news, a month later I had some leaks in my car that wasn't there before. After 90 days I figured out that it was leaking through the windshield. I sent him a text about it, but 3 days later I haven't received a response, and went to Safelite. As soon as they were done they asked "Who did it before this?" Apparently, they were able to just push the windshield off, without having to cut into it. I didn't want to update my review, but since I haven't heard back in order to fix the issue, I figured I needed to share my experience.

Walter was great and called me back almost immediately on a Saturday morning the day after I had my window shattered on my car by a burgalar. Walter was amazing. He absolutely turned my terrible day into a great one. He was able to fix my car window the same day it got broken into and he was such a happy pleasant spirit even let me leave with a couple treats. Noticed a crack in my windshield when I was driving down for the holidays. It got progressively worse and I wouldn't be able to drive back North with it like that. Walter was very responsive and the only one to give me a price that I could work with. He did the job in a couple of hours, and so far, everything has been good. Definitely recommend.
