My windshield was destroyed by a softball on a Wednesday evening at approximately 8 PM. I called the phone number expecting to leave a voicemail and to my surprise a very friendly woman answered the phone. She understood my concern took down my VIN number and told me she would follow up the next day with an appointment once they found out how long it would take to order the windshield. The next day I received a text message with an appointment time frame for the following week. The techs Arrived on time and were completely professional. I waited a little over a week to leave a review to make sure the Windshield was properly installed with no leaks and is perfect. I highly recommend this company, not only for their communication, their professional work and great pricing

I recently purchased a brand new 2024 Tesla and unfortunately, a rock on the road crack my windshield. I called Auto Glass South Florida for the replacement and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. The fact that they are mobile service is EXTREMELY convenient. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Alfredo is absolutely wonderful, professional and kind! I called to get a quote, and Mabel was friendly and professional, providing me with a clear estimate and a convenient appointment time. They completed the replacement faster than I expected, and the quality of the work was impeccable. What stood out the most was their attention to detail, after all my car was brand new so it was a relief that it was done so well. I highly recommend!

They have no idea how car insurance works and scam active duty military. Quoted $199 which we opted to pay since our insurance has a $500 deductible and doesn't wave it for windshields. They refused to allow us to pay the $199 and claimed we must pay the $500 insurance deductible for a $199 job rather than letting us pay out of pocket. We paid them the $500 then verified with all state that this was incorrect and that we were scammed for $300 and should have only paid the $199 charge. After calling back the person answering the phone couldn't tell us how much the replacement actually cost and just kept saying to talk to our insurance company. Our insurance all state is attempting to reach out to them to correct the charge but is not receiving a response.

This company is amazing ! So glad the big name company was too far away and we found them instead. Very professional, very friendly and super attentive. We were saved the anxiety of getting the windshield replaced by having this company do the job. Saved our vacation. Also glad we didn't go with one the insurance had on their "list". BTW they had the Ford windshield which the big named people didn't have and saved our Sunpass (one less hassle). They worked with our insurance and it didn't take any additional calls or steps. We came down the keys with a fifth wheel in a Ford F350 Duelly. And just like the commercial, bam a rock hits the passenger side and did a huge spiral. I called Safelite and through a few different mistakes, they finally got me to these amazing people. They not only got the part a lot quicker than Safelite could, but he came right out to the Campgrounds, in Long Key, and put the window on. Great job, really fast, and exactly on time. We did NOT request OEM due to the cost difference from our insurance company.

The technician provided great service in replacing our windshield - no complaints there. We felt misled by the owner, Alfred. He quoted us a price and told us we could pay with credit card. When the technician charged us, he told us it was $50+ more than the cash price. It was not for a credit card fee, so we’re still not sure why we were forced to pay this additional amount. Alfred should have been transparent about the final cost. This left a bad taste in our mouths after working with this company.

I am must be hard on windshields. This is the second time I’ve had to have a windshield replaced within the last four months on two different vehicles. This company has done the job both times and each time they were on time, value priced and the most courteous service I think I’ve ever had. I was so impressed by Alfred, who is the owner. He came when he said he would. Price was what he quoted me on the phone also. Took out the cracked windshield and had a new one installed in maybe 40 minutes! He was so nice to talk with, and extremely knowledgeable about his job. Exceptional service! Called this company around 7:35am for a window replacement. They drove to me, worked with my insurance company, and I had a new window installed less than six hours later.
