Needed a windshield replaced quickly as I was soon headed back on a trip with my pickup as I am a commercial driver. I called in the afternoon and was quoted the best price from 4 other quotes. Some others even quoted DOUBLE for the same product. No extra charge for mobile and was even willing to come out to Okeechobee! Confident I found the best deal and most customer service-oriented outfit I booked the job by 4PM. I made it to PSL the next day at 9( had to go there anyway) and within two hours, the new windshield was installed ready to roll and price as quoted, no surprises! FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT! Joe is AMAZING! He has been doing this for 30 years and it shows! When the rear window shattered to pieces it was after 5:00 PM. After contacting the insurance company, they had a list of authorized repair companies to choose from. Well as you can guess the top one was the most popular one that we are all familiar with their jingle, however they do not have anyone to talk to about the repair, it’s online only which was very frustrating because I was unable to ask any questions. So the next place I called said that the glass that needed to be replaced was a dealer item only and it would need to be ordered and it could take up to 5 days to get it and their technicians stop working at 5:30PM and don’t work weekends. WHAT? Really? So the next (and last) call was to Auto Glass Solutions, I spoke to Joe and explained what needed to be repaired, he was able to get the glass brought over from the warehouse the next morning and installed it that afternoon! Now Joe doesn’t use those machines that the other guys do, he relies on his knowledge and experience rather than a machine that can be untrustworthy. He is outstanding and efficient! A true master of his craft! He cleaned all the glass pieces and was very efficient and professional. If you’re looking for auto glass services, KAG is the place to go. I had a passenger side window crack on my truck. Devon got me scheduled the next day and came to my place of business. Pricing was competitive and he beat the other guys by a few hundred dollars. He was on time to the minute and had the install done in 30 minutes or less in my case. The result looks the same as factory and functions correctly. I am very satisfied.

My wife had made an appointment over the phone for Saturday 1/13 and, I guess it wasn't entered properly into the system. I was scheduled to bring it first thing in the morning then, the windshield would be done as I waited. The system showed it as, I would drop it off then pick it up later in the day. They worked with me and got it in only 30 minutes after the time my wife had it scheduled for, saying I'd then have a 2 hour wait for it They had it done and, I was back on the road, in about 90 minutes. They had done a wonderful job and, the new windshield was spotless. The employees were very friendly, accommodating and, quick while doing excellent work. Thank You so much, Danny Falcon

I had recently purchased a telluride and it was my first time driving long distance with my car. Suddenly, a rock comes and decided to crack my front windshield. Of course, I panicked not knowing what to do or who to call. I filed a claim through my insurance and was redirected immediately to Safelite. I was scheduled an appointment and upon arrival I was greeted before I even reached the door by a technician named Ian. He was friendly and able to assure me that my vehicle was in good hands and he was the one that would be replacing my windshield. I asked him a series of questions and he was patient with me. He explained everything g to me and did an amazing job replacing it. All the staff there are friendly and proving a comforting environment. The shop is organized and runs like well oiled machine. I definitely recommend them and I’m 100% satisfied with their services.
