I was unable to close my rear passenger windows, so I called the company for help. They answered my call promptly, and I explained the issue. The representative was very knowledgeable and polite, providing me with the right information over the phone. Even though I have an accent, they treated me with kindness and respect, which I truly appreciated. I asked if a technician could come to my house to fix the issue, and they said yes. I was so happy because my 17-year-old is homeschooled, so having the service done at home was very convenient. They scheduled a service window between 10 AM and 2 PM, and I received a call when Mr. Journey was on his way. He sounded very polite and let me know he would be arriving soon. When he arrived, he rang the doorbell, and I stepped outside to greet him and hand over my car keys. We spoke for a few minutes, and then I excused myself because my son was in the middle of a math lesson. A few minutes later, I came back outside, and he had already started working. He explained what he found—the window was stuck due to some loose foam inside the door. I didn't actually need a new rear window regulator, so he returned the part and saved me $100! I was so happy with the results and the honesty of his work. I wrote him a check for $150 and received a receipt. Mr. Journey, I sincerely thank you for your honesty and for fixing my rear window on my 2012 Chevy. I truly appreciate you and your team for your excellent service. A+++

I had a special request regarding some customization on the windshield before installation, and Travis was more than willing to assist. He even offered to drop off the windshield a couple of days before my scheduled appointment so I could work on the dot matrix/fritz, which typically interferes with my window tinting. After our cars windshield had a couple cracks in it we spent nearly 2 months getting the run around from Safelite. Arrived with a broken windshield, then they canceled because they didn’t have a seal, then they canceled because the tech was out sick, then arrived with the wrong windshield… needless to say I canceled my claim and did my research and found the BEST, Journey Auto Glass! They walked me through the process of making a new claim, what to expect, and made it so easy and painless! If you need a windshield repaired or replaced, this is the company to call! Travis is professional, courteous, and knows what he's doing. Had to replace two windshields in our vehicles and called Travis - he ordered them and was able to come out the next day to install them! My F150 even got a factory windshield with the Ford logo on it. My wife's vehicle has some fancy technology that requires recalibration from the factory after a windshield replacement, and Travis was even certified to do that! Travis provided excellent customer service from being available to come to my location on my schedule to replacing my windshield quickly having me back in my vehicle in a very short time.
