Firstly, DO NOT waste your time calling anyone else! I had an appointment with Safelite for 2 weeks to install new glass in the back window of my son's 1997 truck. Safelite knew for 2 weeks how old the truck was and waited until 24 hours before the appointment to call me to tell me to call someone else because their corporate policy is that they can't work on ANY vehicle over 20 years old. Furious, I called a dozen or so companies. I was quoted prices from $250-$500 for the same job. Luckily, I found the number of Autoglass Works, LLC. From my first phone call to Denise every step of the process was so smooth and effortless. Anthony and Denise showed up same day and we were left with a flawless job. What a refreshing company to work with! I called several other businesses to replace my shattered car glass (including Safelite) but they either didn't reply, were slow to reply, couldn't come fix my glass until many days later, or had high prices. Anthony and his partner were friendly, quick to reply to my inquiry, fairly priced, communicated before/during/after their visit, and made working with them a breeze. I highly recommend!

Great experience! Have a classic Mercedes wagon with the “rope in” windshield style. After another company gave me the run around twice, I decided to find an actual pro. Glad I did, you get what you pay for. These guys showed up on time and got straight to work, new windshield looks great and I’m very happy. Definitely recommend!

Did 2 jobs for me, on the first job, he stayed late to finish the job. On the second job he found my back glass that was nearly impossible to find and for a very reasonable price! Goes above and beyond for his customers!

This father’s son team were very friendly and professional. I called late in the afternoon and they came the next morning then they replaced the windshield in a 1/2 hour and left everyone should use them
