Orange Blossom Auto Glass Kissimmee Repair & Windshield Replacement

Please save yourself more issues than you started with by avoiding this company. They may be cheaper than competitors, but just pay the extra to avoid hassle. After my windshield replacement I got in my car and noticed more issues than when I called the company. This company put my convertible top out of order, which causes my trunk to be out of order. Before the replacement my car was in perfect working condition, the convertible top opened and closed perfectly, now I cannot access using the top as the technician pushed in the button so much that the car tells me the top is not secure anymore. My trunk does not open at all. The driver side light on my car doesn’t work anymore either. I emailed the company with photos of my issues and they did respond to me and sent out a technician who told me they read forums about the issues with my car. He said that the damages cannot be proven that the windshield replacement technician caused them. Now I have not gotten any contact from the company. If I could upload videos of me trying to open the trunk and nothing happening I would. This company is terrible and causes more issues than good. Very happy with our experience with this company. I called Friday morning and they were able to get a technician out to our home the next day at the scheduled time. Invoice was emailed to us very fast. The appointment was between 10AM to 2PM and the technician came to our house at 11AM. The technician kept in contact throughout the process and texted us when he was nearby. The process took less than 2 hours and the new windshield looks great! They bring the glass to you and prepare it right there. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get your auto glass replaced quickly and professionally!

It's a bummer because they they're a horrible job ones that are in place it now I got a new windshield that literally I can see forward now there's no cracks anymore but still they still did a horrible job because it that way holding mounted it it was so perfect that just let me that just let me see the whole entire process which it makes it a horrible job but I do know that I can see forward on my windshield with no cracks so they did a really bad job because they don't place my old one. ( they did a perfect job I just wanted to leave a bad review with a five stars for fun🙃)

I called them. They were very nice very Very good at communications. The prices were right They took very good care, they were super fast. They got me in the next day and had it done Quick and clans l5p l lol Take lll very clean, And did beautiful work looks better than it was 100% The two gentlemen working were good guys very respectful. I would definitely recommend Them to friends and family and people that need window fixing and if I'm ever in the same situation. I'm coming straight to them. Thank you once again

BIBI was excellent at reaching out to my insurance company to get my car window shield replaced approved. BIBI was able to upset my Appt with their Tech Mike at my earliest convenience. The day of, Mike had a flat tire, but he still managed to get to me. This company is sincere, and they make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend this company. Just had my windshield repaired by Orange Blossom Auto Glass. Bibi was so helpful setting up the appointment and coordinating with my insurance. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. D. Arocho, the repair technician was amazing. The chip in my windshield is no longer visible. He explained the whole process and left my windshield sparkling. I can’t recommend Orange Blossom Auto Glass enough!!

Wonderful experience! I just happened to need a new windshield but I'm a procrastinator. Yesterday they walked in, just a cold call, and looked at my car. Then they took pictures, got everything set up with my insurance company and came out today and replaced it! Did a good job, were fast and thorough and made sure I was happy before they left. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This company did a fantastic job. Everyone from Angel, the guy who stopped in my Office to Maribel in the office to the installer Frankie. They were all very professional, prompt, and had my car done in 24 hours flat. Excellent company. I would choose them again and recommend them to anyone who asked for a glass company.

Worked with BB during my install she was awesome very helpful informative and she connected me with a technician right away did follow up calls and sounded and felt really genuine that she loves her job where she loves dealing with the people while doing her job. Great job BB.
