My car was broken into recently, back passenger window. I was looking around on Google and calling different places. I found Auto Glass Lady, gave them a call and the staff over the phone, I believe the owner, was very kind and quick with a response as to what I was looking for. She offered me the OEM window but I just went with what they had as long as it came with the tint. I called yesterday (5/16/22) and I booked an appointment for today (5/17/22). I was quoted between 1pm and 4pm and the tech was outside at my house by 10am ready to replace the window. The tech was very friendly and very quick, definitely could tell he knew what he was doing. He was also very clean with his work and even vacuumed as much broken glass from the back as he could. I just detailed the inside of my car and couldn’t find a single piece of glass. I’m very happy with the service and the knowledge of the staff. I would recommend Auto Glass Lady to anyone who needs window repair/replacement. BEST AUTO GLASS COMPANY EVER. - rock hit my Drivers side passenger window and completely shattered it ! Glass kept falling out when I got in or out of the car and I have little ones that I couldn’t put in the back seat! It was stressful! I was freaking out no one had the window I was debating a junk yard 🥲 - called Carmen at Auto Glass who had me scheduled for the next AM without hurting my wallet!!! Solved my problem in less than 5 minutes on that call! Next AM they fixed it in less than an hour and came to me. OBSESSED definitely recommend!
