Referred by USAA/Safelite for a full windshield repair. I called for four days straight and left plenty of messages on their answering machine, which every call goes directly to without even ringing. No contact or call back even now. Take your referral and business elsewhere; this company clearly isn't interested.

Referred by Amica for windshield replacement. They never contacted me. I even telephoned and left a message on a very questionable voice mail. Nothing. After a week, called Amica back and got a referral to another company, who contacted me within an hour.

I called them several times to repair a chip. Everytime I called during business hours I had to leave a message. Sadly, after leaving two messages several days apart no one returned my call. I am forced to call someone else to do the work.

The job was quick, but the work is subcontracted out from Miami. My glass has a defect and I have been trying for two weeks to get the replacement. The installer canceled on me at the last minute due to him bringing the wrong glass to Key West. I am not happy with the communication, when the customer is doing all the reaching out there is problem with customer service. The installer broke the rain sensor cover, I reached out and no one has called me back or sent an email. They’ve lost a repeat customer.
