I am extremely satisfied with the USA Auto Glass repair team. My CSR was Paige and she did an excellent job scheduling the crew and making absolutely certain that the window ordered was the correct window for my Cadillac Escalade. She went above and beyond what I expected would be normal. I cannot say enough about how great she and her teammates are. Her window Glass technician was Landy. He did a very quick and professional job. He was extremely careful not to scratch the paint on my car and did a very professional job of cleanup after the window installation. Ruben was the calibration specialist and he was extremely quick and very knowledgeable about how to do the calibration on my Escalade camera monitoring system for lane assist. Both the window specialist and calibration specialist were extremely quick and very professional. I cannot say enough about how pleased my wife & I are with their work. Experience damage to rear window, my first instinct was reach out to a reputable glass company which consisted of waiting and over priced. I then decided to reach out locally and to my surprise... I was first greeted by Tiffany( Homestead), excellent customer service skills, her tone of voice brought peace to my storm. My window was ordered the same day and next morning scheduled for installation. Rodrigo, excellent technician, nice work done. My car had gotten broken in to and a friend recommended USA Auto Glass to come to my home and replace my window the next day. Jennifer was very thorough with the details of what to expect with my up and coming appointment. The day of my service, the installer, Larry Washington, called to confirm his arrival time that morning and he was on time. I need my windshield replaced the day it broke. I called USA Auto glass and was greeted by Paige. I explained the situation Paige asked me a few questions and got the process started and sent out a technician. When Carlos arrived he was friendly, prepared and got right to work. I think it took about 40 45 minutes and it look as good as new. After it was all said and done I needed some info in the invoice and I spoke with Jennifer and she was the bomb also. Got the info sent right to me on a Saturday. Jennifer was friendly and even laughed at my jokes. All in all a def 5 star, win, win experience. USA Auto Glass are life savers! This morning on my way to work an object struck my windshield creating a large crack on half the window. With it being a holiday weekend, I was not hopeful I could find someone on the fly and was sure that I would have to cancel my plans. I called around 9am and spoke with Paige who was the saving grace and did everything she could to get me setup quickly, she made my day! It’s now 3PM and my windshield has been replaced and calibrated! Shout out to Chris and Junior (I think that is the two replacement techs names) and Helly, the calibration tech who were able to make it out same day and were communicative and professional the entire time. 100000% recommend this company!

The folks at USA Auto Glass, were very friendly and professional. Jennifer, who arranged to get the OEM glass for my car, was very helpful to provide an quick update for the appointment. Landy, who was the technician, was very courteous, punctual and professional as well, call me when he was on his way to my home to start the work, took his time to ensure the glass was fitted correctly. Very happy with their professionalism and speedy resolution to the replacement of the glass. 100 out of 10! Our vehicle had a big crack in the windshield due to a flying rock, and I called this company. The process was super smooth and the customer service was exceptional. Within a few short hours, they were already at my house, completing the repair. Jennifer was great, she took care of us on the phone and dealt with our insurance company, and Erik D’Armas did the repair and recalibration. Erik is a truly stellar guy with a great sense of humor. He took his time doing this repair, and I really appreciate how he made sure everything was left perfect, which it was. Thanks again for such a superb experience, which is rare these days..

Ken the technician in Naples Fl area was extremely helpful friendly and quick with my car windows. Ken left me a message this morning and he was communicating the whole day till the time of the service on he's arrival..My back windshield broke yesterday and i called multiple repair shop in the area the all gave me one to 2 weeks waiting and crazy prices .USA auto glass came out the next day and repaired the glass less than an hour ..Thanks again Ken and USA Auto glass , i hope i don't have to use it again but saved it in my contacts for future references and will be recommending you for family and friends as well!!
