After leaving work the other day and walking out to a palm 🌴 branch shattering my windshield I freaked...after speaking to Juan who answered his phone after hours but allowed me to send him photos to confirm if I could make it home ok then Paige the ofc secretary having everything ready waiting and then took it to a few levels higher by going out of her way to find me the windshield from my dealer so its under the same warranty my 2021 vehicle. I was simply Giddy with complete happiness and felt like a huge weight had been lifted. Very rare find ing employees who still go above and beyond the job requirements. I TRIED TO CALL SAFELITE AUTO GLASS AND ALL I GOT WAS A STUPID ROBOT AND WOULDNT ALLOW ME TO TQL\\ALK TO A PERSON. SINCE I NEEDED A FRONT AND REAR GLASS FOR MY RAM, I HAD TO TALK TO THE SHOP TO HAVE THEM ORDER IT. WELL, SAFELITE LOST MY BUSINESS AND USA AUTO GLASS TOOK UP THE ORDER, WERE VERY HELPFUL NEGOTIATING THE INSURANCE COVERAGE, AND FINALLY IN JUST A FEW DAYS, HAD MY GLASS INSTOCK AND DROVE IT TO FT MYERS FLORIDA FROM THE EAST COAST SHOP. THE INSTALLERS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND DID A FACTORY FANTASTIC JJOB WITH MY RAM. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE GREAT AND EASY EXPERIENCE YOU GAVE ME REPAIRING MY TRUCK <3 I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

I highly recommend using USA Auto Glass. They helped me drastically in a pinch. My window was shattered and everywhere I called was either way booked out or extremely expensive. When I called I spoke to Jose and he was so professional and kind. Fit me into the schedule that day and also didn’t cost near what others were charging. The job was done very well and fast!

Wow what a great customer service Page was on top of it I called and she took care of me within 30 mins and a repair man Maguel came to my house within 25 to 30 and replace my windshield window.
