Allied Auto Glass

I was going to use another glass company to replace my cracked windshield but, they had an attitude. I came across Allied auto glass via a Google search and contacted David to get my windshield replaced. It took a little while because it was a special type of window that needed ordered from Mercedes but, that was nothing that they could control at all. David was very good at communicating, he was always a pleasure to speak with, the windshield got installed as promised and I immediately was paid the $175 that they Promised with their advertising. There were absolutely no catches and my experience was fantastic! I not only would recommend them but, I already have recommended them to a friend that just had her windshield cracked. I will continue to recommend them to anybody and everybody that needs to have glass work done. The windshield was replaced the next morning while I was at work and they made it easy to get done. They knocked, I signed a paper and that part was done. If that was all that had to happen. It would have been great and 5 stars but.... After they finished my windshield they sent someone to recalibrate my safety features and well they came and messed with my car for over an hour and couldn't do it and needed to reschedule. They couldn't came back the next day so I had to drive 1500 miles this weekend with no automatic lights, no cruise control and my car beeping at me the whole ride telling me that my crash detection and lane depart sensors are malfunctioning and I need to take my car to the dealership. How do your professionals that do this for a job not know how to do it and then you can't get someone back out until a week later. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me. Left me in a worse spot than driving with a small Crack in my windshield

Allied glass is a life saver. I was dealing with a major cracked windshield for months. I met Denice Mercer (Salesrep) and she really made the process easy, quick, and was very knowledgeable. She was able to get me a zero deductible windshield replacement with an appointment within 10 minutes. On the day of appointment, technician Ray Bishop gave me a courtesy call the morning of reminding me of my windshield replacement and told me he would arrive by 1pm. Not only was he on time, but, he also completed the work in 15-20 minutes and beat the rain. I could not be happier with the quality of work and the professionalism of this company! Within 5 days of the initial contact, I had a new windshield in my car! For months, I had this wind noise that was very loud, especially on the interstate, which I do travel on a lot. I just thought it was the way it was and there was nothing I could do about it... not true! Absolutely amazing is all I have to say about this company! My windshield looks better than when I first bought my car and it blows me away 🤯 . The man who serviced my car was very polite and did an amazing job in such a Timely manner ! Will definitely be recommending this company to all of my family members as well as friends. Allied Glass was to replace my windshield on my 2021 Honda CRV. In the process they pulled the wiring harness that runs from the roof to the windshield. To repair this damage I have received an estimate of $1,189.00 from Ocean Honda. Allied refuses to pay. They admit that there was nothing wrong with the car when they started the work and admit that there were defects when they were done but can't explain how. The dealership took pictures of the damaged wiring harness and sent them to me. It's obvious that the harness was pulled hard enough to break the wiring insulation exposing the copper strands thus when they touched each other everything shorted out making my car inoperable.

I had to reschedule 3x and they were great about it! When they came out the installer was awesome! Got it all done in under 45 minutes and my car had been in the shop and had greasy had prints all over it he cleaned them off even though he had nothing to do with it! The was one of not the best experience I have had with any business I cannot recommend them enough. They are true professionals oh and the cash back they talk about was sent to me about a half hour after work was completed! Called to inquire about car windshield replacement, first question from person who answered: What insurance company do you have? I replied I will pay myself for this. Turns out they do such glass replacement ONLY if you want to go through your insurance company. (As if our insurance rates are not high enough to throw another claim at them!) That should tell you something you might have read about windshield repair in Florida....sorry, but I won't deal with such shops. PS: I wasn't planning on paying cash, nor did I mention cash. So the owner's response is just a lame excuse.

Service was great! I had a small chip in my window caused by a rock. I didn't take care of the chip quick enough and the break spidered into several cracks. It was so bad that I had a hard time driving. I called and spoke to David. He scheduled my appointment and made my service a priority. The window is holding up well and Allied Auto has made my driving conditions so much better!
