I had a water leak on my MB SUB that my mechanic said was coming from the windshield needing to be re sealed. My mechanic called this company. They said they’ll charge $150 to remove & re seal. But if it broke while removing they charge $335 to replace it. I said ok, do it, thinking they’ll try to save mine. When the guy arrived at my house, my husband, a handyman & myself explained to him, there was nothing wrong with the glass, it was not cracked, shattered or broken in any place, I told him I was told by mechanic it only needed to be re sealed. I asked him to please be careful. We told him we knew glass companies usually use a thread or nylon to remove glass w/o damage. He said he had the equipment to do it like that but was not going to use it. Instead, to our shock and disbelief, he started to pull the glass with this thing that looked like a metal spatula, very rough, fast, careless, of course he broke the glass!! 😡😞. It was better for him to charge me $335 than $150!!! He had the replacement glass ready on his truck. To summarize my story. The next day I had another company put tint on the windshield, another $250, so overall I paid a total of $600 for an aftermarket windshield, that mine was not broken, simply because he didn’t even try to save my original windshield even after we (me 70 & my husband 78 years old) nicely asked him to be careful. I paid him cash, I asked him for a receipt, it took him a week to finally give me one. He just didn’t care. I will not recommend this glass company ever!!!

I just had the best experience with this company. I called them and requested for them to come fix my driver side back window and in less than one hour they arrived. YES they came to me! It took them maybe 20 minutes and my window was replaced, they even vacuumed out my car from all the glass that shattered for me.
