Experto Auto Glass

They're very rude. I took my vehicle to have the driver's door glass fixed. It wouldn't go up or down. And less than a month later, the door broke again. I also had the opposite door fixed a while ago for the same reason. I never open that glass, and it makes a noise when I lower and raise the glass. I'm scared because the driver's door broke the same way. When you lower and raise the glass, it makes a noise that sounds like the glass is going to break. They're very rude. They do a poor job, so they'll come back. Luckily, my car was under warranty. I don't recommend this place. And if you bring your vehicle, be careful because the repair lasts depending on how many times you lower and raise the window. I barely use my windows, and if they did a good job there, they wouldn't break so easily. I didn't have a good experience, and both doors are in bad shape. I already fixed one, I don't use the other, and it makes a tremendous noise; it could break again at any moment. I don't recommend this place. Good luck.

I had a great experience with them. My car window was hard to fix I had taken it to other places and they broke the glass several times, I went to this place and same thing happen at at first but they were persistent they would help me figure it out on there expensive they got another glass and they also noticed why it was happening which had nothing to do with there work but that my car had a part that was blended they also showed me and the manager took the time to explain. Then they order the piece for me and replaced the window and it finally worked ! They were patient and nice when trying to help figure it out, they were certain they could do the job and they did so. I would recommend them to all my family and friends the service is excellent the cashier lady is very sweet and soft spoken they fixed a problem I thought would never end! If you want things done right this is the place !

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE I paid $600 for my windshield. 2 weeks later, it started cracking from one end and water was coming in. They tell me I have no warranty because someone probably walked on the car roof. Ridiculous. They charged me $600 for my windshield. 2 weeks later, it started cracking from the bottom corner and water was coming in. They told me that someone walked on the roof of the car.

They have excellent quality work and customer service. They did work on a window that didn't work. I went back to the original part, replaced it, and refunded me the difference without me asking for anything in return. You don't see that these days. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to get your front and back windshield, side shields and lowering and raising mechanism for the side shields. Owner, and Employees are super polite, they work very well and efficiently, and good prices all around! You'll definitely want to come!

Took my vehicle here for repair,they did an excellent job repairing the regulator on my electrical window! I totally recommend these guys,friendly staff,quality parts, honest, fair&upfront prices.👍🏼My only issue was the waiting area was hot..No A/C❄️ …

Paid for a window service; the women called me and stated “the people with the window are withholding the window because the truckers truck shutdown we will do it on Monday” great price but horrible service very unprofessional would not recommend.

Amazing show up with my clients van needed a front windshield and a rear window on a 2020 transit Ford in one day they took care of them. Everything was installed in 1 half hour. Great job will recommend to all my friends.
