Glass America - Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

I have a 2007 Camry that back glass needed to be replaced. I searched all over through internet and they were giving me the round around either was pay in advance (not happening) or they had to order the glass and time was weeks so it could be replaced. Prices were OUTRAGEOUS, with hidden fees, everywhere, ggggr!! It was my first time dealing with American glass and the receptionist was very attentive and straightforward. She gave me the TOTAL qoute and the great new was. THE PRICE WAS CRAZY GOOD AND I GOT TO PAY THE TECHNICIAN ON SITE AFTER HE COMPLETED THE JOB!!! HELLLL YEEEAAAH!!! Now we taking!! I asked her, "When could job be done?" She said, "IF YOU LIKE, TOMORROW" I was like.. " THIS IS HEAVENLY, PLEASE DO!". They send Javier Rodriguez, GREAT TECHNICIAN, which he did a OUTSTANDING job. Im a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. THANKS A LOT and keep up the great work.

Technicians were nice, but they broke the cover of my camera and sensors and I had to buy a new one and now it won’t fit back on because they installed aftermarket parts instead of an actual Hyundia window. Worse thing is they lied about it when clearly they tried to superglue it back because I had superglue flakes all over my car and even a spot of superglue on the dash. So now I have a fixed window with a broken part, and I’ve yet to be able to get ahold of anyone to get it taken care of. Would not recommend this company. Wendy the lady that called me was rude and condescending. When I left her a message about the part being broke, she has yet to return my messages. Don’t like being lied to straight to my face and now I have a broken part that is useless that wasn’t broken before they started.

I have gotten both of my vehicles windshield replaced by Glass America. They are quick to respond, ontime and will go to every extent possible in getting your glass replaced. They are professionals who provide the service your would expect. They explain the work that they will be performing and are more than willing to answer all of your questions. This is the shop to manage your glass replacement.

I had a windshield replaced via an insurance claim, and Glass America did the work. They came out to my workplace and took care of it in an hour. Brett was my service guy, and he was extremely professional and very friendly. The whole experience was top notch. My highest recommendation!

I ended up buying glass from a local guy, but Glass America had amazing customer service and their price was identical to other chains. Both people I spoke to were extremely considerate and to-the-point. I got a quote ($400 for quarter glass) over the phone within a few minutes.
