Glass America - Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

So I went online and put all the info about the car into their system and was quoted a price. The guy came took out the windshield. Then he realized it was the wrong one. So this was on Friday. The correct windshield wasn’t available till Monday so my son had no car for the weekend. They called my son and told him it would be $50 more. You guys made the mistake not me so your company should credit his card $50. I emailed the company and got no response. That was a week ago. Not a great way to do business. The windshield techs were great. The office made the screw up. Update: So after I did my review i got a response that said to call them. Glass America of Largo, FL did a great job on our Tesla Model 3. Damage to windshield was too large for a repair. Nervous at first knowing the technology involved with Tesla's. They were not novices when it came to working on them. Service tech, Danny, was answering all my questions and with two techs doing my vehicle, they completed the job in 1 1/2 hours. Drove it to recalibrate and was in and out in less than 2 hours! Great service and they do mobile too, but my vehicle required in shop service.

Absolutely appreciate their honest up front price quote. The excellent communication between the person fixing the windshield and the dispatcher. I would never have known the jeep emblem on the windshield is over $70 extra without Glass America informing me!!

They did a great job replacing the windshield in one of our vehicles. I really appreciate that they were flexible with our schedule and able to install right when we wanted. They were also $230 less than Safelite so we were thrilled with the price.
