The main dispatch scheduled me for a day when the tech was on vacation. Got rescheduled. The scheduled time came and went with no communication from the tech. We rescheduled for later in the day, same thing again. He finally texted to say he was on his way and showed up at the end of the day. The replacement glass that was supposed to be ordered wasn't available for some reason so he resealed my old glass and told me only once the job was done that it would probably only last a few years and I should get the glass replaced still. What a mess.

I had an unexpected windshield event while traveling out of state. William was out to replace my windshield at my home the day after I got back, and then Taylor calibrated my vehicle. They were both just great, thank you guys. Went through the car wash 1 full week later with no issues. I would highly recommend Factory Auto Glass and this was fully covered by my car insurance. Thank you also to the person in the front office who patiently set this up for me!

Don't waste your time with this company. I scheduled to have my windshield replaced 3 weeks in a row now, and they have not called or shown up all 3 times. Save yourself the time and aggravation and use a more reputable company. Update: The company responded to my original post and stated the tech called and left several messages. This is an absolute LIE. Shortly after they replied, my review disappeared. Buyer beware.

William did an outstanding job replacing my windshield! He installed it better than the windshield that came off. There were gaps in the sealant whichbexplained why I heard a lot of noise on the highway! Very professional and highly recommended!

The search was over when I found the right can-do company that was knowledgeable and able to take care of my particular truck. They run a good professional business at Factory Auto Glass. Thank you Will and company.
