Technician did an excellent job. The best yet, having had three prior windshield replacements from Safelite in the past. Workmanship was far superior. Replacing a windshield on a Toyota FJ is more complex than many cars and was impressed with the level of competence. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! Thank you!

Excellent service. Great communication in setting up day for service and confirmation messages. The technician called me 39min prior to arrival. He was very polite and respectful. He replaced the windshield and recalibrated the car within the time frame he had indicated he would need.

After receiving a bunch of grief and failed promises from that nationally known windshield replacement company, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism exhibited from the technicians at K&K Glass (AGN Glass). Overall, my experience was positive. The technician and the installation were extremely good. The rating is a 4 instead of a 5 because they gave a window of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the first scheduled day which is unreasonable and then about 2:00 PM they cancelled due to equipment failure. When I rescheduled, I insisted on a shorter window. they provided 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and met it. Based on the quality installation, I would use them again and insist on a two hour window.

Auto glass now helped us out much more than our insurance company did when we got a crack on our windshield after driving cross-country from California and getting a rock kicked up from the highway that cracked our windshield.. The representatives from auto glass now called us and kept in constant contact. Our technician Anthony was absolutely wonderful! He called us and let us know when he would be arriving & called us to let us know he was a couple of minutes away. He was a complete professional and a super nice person as well. These guys were absolutely AWESOME, Great service in a timely matter with an appointment, actually came early. Nice guy, well mannered and very fast. Replaced my passenger window in my new 2024 Telluride after a stupid mistake by me. LOL, Did it in my driveway in less than 10 minutes, no mess, took my credit card payment with no extra charges and the price was unbelievable. Can't say enough about my experience with them. I wish every service I contracted worked the way they did. These guys were absolutely awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would not use Auto Glass Now again. The time slot we were given was between 8 am and 4 pm!! The tech did call and finally showed up. While removing the windshield, he cut the dashboard covering and bent and scratched the hood flange. While replacing the trim pieces, he cracked the trim piece but kept installing it even after I called him on the damage. He took almost an hour to calibrate the sensors. Not confident he did it correctly. He also left a 2” grease spot on the front seat I had to clean off. Not a good experience!!!

Found them via and as a connection from a competitor. As I needed a new window ASAP, I called them. It was easy to get an immediate appointment. When I got there (as we were juggling getting done during the rain and my garage wasn’t big enough to accomodate), they took my car in immediately. I waited maybe 30 minutes and got the car back clean and without issue. I’m hoping I don’t need to do this again, but if I do, I have now created a folder to have them as a permanent resource. Great job! Thank you!
