Their techs and manager are a NO SHOW in both occasions! What a horrible company to do business with! If I could give ZERO stars i would! I am located in the town Labelle, FL and I was told that this was the office in charge of my windshield replacement since this is the closest one to me. I requested a mobile tech to come out twice (3/26/25 the techs name is Alex and 3/28/25) and both no one showed up to my property to service me! I requested to speak to the branch manager Bryan over the phone and this branch doesn’t pick up with the customer service department over the phone with me we called over 5 times in 2 occasions and no one at this branch picked up the phone. The rep over the phone emailed the manager and manager above the store manager and no one ever answered or called me. On both days I didn’t even have a courtesy call to say the tech wasn’t arriving which wasted 5 hours of my day TWICE! Today I still have my glass cracked I still haven’t spoke to anyone in management and I am the one that has to initiate the call to hear about what’s going on with my claim with customer service department not the branch Just to put a cherry on top today 3/28 I got a email a 4:31pm I got a email saying my appointment was changed! Without consulting with me or giving me the heads up that they weren’t going to show up. You can’t make this up! I am shocked a company like this makes a profit. Two no shows to my house and never a call to give me a heads up that they wouldn’t be able to make it. Never heard from management at all. STAY AWAY!

We were travelling home from a vacation in the Fort Myers area when our windshield was damaged by road debris on the interstate. After checking with insurance, who set us up with an appointment with Safelite in our home town (no local appointments were available and we needed to get home). We found this Safelite location was really close to where we were, so we stopped by to see if they had any suggestions and make sure it was safe to drive the 800+ miles home. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional. He went out and looked at the windshield and had one of the guys pull the vehicle into the garage and vacuum the shards of glass inside the vehicle and then place crash wrap on the window. While they were working on that, he called some of the other locations to see if they had the windshield available so it could be replaced sooner. None were available, but he was confident we could make the drive home with no issues. I offered to pay for their services, but he said nothing was needed, they just wanted us to get home safely. We kept an eye on it the whole time and the temporary wrap held perfectly. We were able to get home safely and are waiting for the windshield installation appointment tomorrow. I can't vouch for the actual installation services of this location, but the professionalism and helpfulness of the employees was outstanding.PositiveProfessionalismServicesService not listed

I did my initial appointment request via their website , which was very easy and efficient. The process of getting my insurance company involved was all handled by them, no xtra communication to guarantee coverage. I decided to go directly to their shop instead of having a tech come to the house. Of course being in SW Fla. you never know when it’s going to start raining. The shop at 3733 Fowler st. In Ft Myers had a very nice, clean waiting area, but I chose to leave vehicle in the capable hands of Jonathan, who was personable and answered all my concerns. My vehicle was ready before the proposed time. All my concerns about whether my nav and my camera would be the same were quickly put to rest. Everything was fine! My only wish now, I should have chosen to do this job without getting insurance involved. I learned after completion that my insurance company (STATE FARM) wouldn’t pay for the genuine dealer windshield. Therefore, there is no tinting on this windshield and in several weeks I will be bringing the vehicle to a shop to have tinting installed at an extra expense. All in all , Safelite is all their advertising has made them out to be , a safe and effective way to get your vehicle’s windshield needs addressed.

I had my vehicle towed to this location at 7am this morning. When I picked my vehicle up the glass they "swept" was not swept. Which is awful considering I called first to ask if my dog was safe to ride or did I need to get more glass cleaned out. They installed the wrong window. I went back angry. I kept a calm voice but did use the F expletive. In the time it took to remove the incorrect window, the manager Carl Limb explained to me my dead husband should have divorced me. Another gentlemen informed me I was ridiculous or crazy. A quick stop to Toyota confirmed the window was infact incorrect. They set me up immediately at Auto GlassRX. They ordered the correct glass, came to my location and charged $200 out the door. BTW SAFELIGHT charged $356.75 if you're wondering. They wasted a full day of my time. I felt uncomfortable as the manager Carl berated me in front of 5 male employees. I would never recommend this place. I hope their corporate sees this and puts and end to the condescending males running that store. It's shameful.

Yesterday a technician came to the house to replace my wife's car windshield. He fixed the windshield but seemed to have forgot to inform her of the damage he created in the process. He tore a hole in the rubber trim on both sides of the windshield and removed almost half the trim at the base of the windshield. The representative that came out prior told us the trim at the base of the windshield would be replaced but the technician told her they don't replace it. My wife called the shop to inform them of the damage and they told here to come to the shop. Forgetfulness must be a reoccurring thing for this shop, because they forgot to mention that they could not do anything because their manager was not in. They took pictures of the damage and said they would show them to the manager. They said the manager may or may not call on whether they will fix it or not. We are very disappointed in the service and how we we treated.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

If I could give zero stars I would! I have been trying to have my windshield replacement rectified for over 4 months now. I had my windshield replaced with the Fort Myers location and they replaced it with the wrong OEM without my approval. It is a brand new vehicle. The correct OEM was supposed to be ordered and I was to be contacted when it came in months ago. Since this issue began NO ONE has contacted me or will return my messages or phone calls. The manager will not call me back or answer my phone calls and the store never picks up their phone when you try calling the number. I call weekly and get transferred to the 1-800 number because they do not answer only to be told that the Fort Myers shop isn’t answering and they will attempt to send the manager an email! This company is awful. I will never recommend them to anyone. Worst experience and customer service I have ever had!

*edit 2025* they still never accepted liability and refused to assist in this matter even though they replied on here. STAY AWAY FROM THEM I recently had the windshield of my 24' Honda Civic repaired at this location. Sadly, during the process, they caused a dent in the fender close to the windshield and damaged the paint on the A Pillar behind it. I faced significant challenges trying to contact someone for resolution. When I finally reached them, they refused to accept responsibility, claiming the issue was not visible in their photographs – photographs that were never shared with me. This experience led me to cancel a forthcoming appointment with them, as it seemed likely they would deny the damage in person as well. My advice to others is to thoroughly document your vehicle's condition, both externally and internally.

Visited this location to have my 24 toyota corolla windshield replaced. Customer service was great. The time it took was reasonable. They offered me a lower price if I purchased windshield wipers. I was reluctant at first because my car is only 6months old to me and still had the factory wipers on it. I agreed without asking to see the blades they offered, first. Long story short. I got half way home and turned on my windshield wipers and they were the cheapest set of blades I'd ever seen!! I immediately made a U-Turn and went back, requested them to replace my blades with the factory blades they had removed, and they did with no problem. SO REQUEST TO SEE THE BLADES THEY OFFER YOU FOR A "CHEAPER" PRICE!!! They are not a good quality.

Do not use this company!!!! I got my windshield replaced on May 31st… while the technician was out, he busted my dash board. I was advised a supervisor would be calling me first thing the following morning and was given the “shop” number to call if I didn’t hear anything. Well the shop number doesn’t exist, instead sends me to customer service who can not get ahold of the shop either!!! It’s going on 2 months and 25-30 phone calls later and I still have gotten ZERO communication!! The manager did tell me when I drive up to the store that they may just buy a dash cover… Um, NO! This place is a joke! Take your vehicle somewhere else!!

I have spent a cumulative 3 hours with this location over two separate days, and I still have a broken windshield. Both times I have driven over half an hour to this location, given them my key, and sat in their waiting room for half an hour, just to be given my car back, windshield still broken, because they do not have the right glass. When they resheduled me for a third time I asked if I could at least call them the morning of the third appointment to verify they have the glass before driving there, I was given a call center number and told that was the best option.
