I recently had my windshield replaced for the first time and wasn’t sure what to expect. State Farm recommended Ultimate as their preferred service company, and I am so glad they did. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. I first spoke with Iris, who walked me through the entire process step by step. She was clear, informative, and made me feel completely at ease—she truly set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional experience. On the day of service, I was greeted by Guillermo Huertas and Joshua Barriga. Both were polite, professional, and demonstrated excellent customer service. They not only completed the job with great care but also carried themselves with respect and courtesy throughout the visit. I am overly pleased with this company! Firstly, their customer service, response time, and total accommodating to my work schedule was outstanding. Requesting an OEM took some time but once they had it in their possession they quickly fit me in for the same day. They communicated with me throughout the entire process including the exact time of arrival to the minute. When George and Yuni got here they were swift and cleaned as they went leaving no trace of their work behind. They even vacuumed my driver floor mat! George, an experienced repairman, explained the process as he went along which was much appreciated. Happy to have found this place I just hope to not have to replace another windshield but if I do I hope George and Yuni are the ones to come back! I would give Ultimate Auto Glass 10 stars if I could. My back hatch glass was shattered, and I needed to replace it asap. I found Ultimate Auto Glass on the internet, and was impressed by the great reviews. I called and spoke with Iris, , who was very sweet and sympathetic to my situation. She gave me a great price on the replacement glass, and set me up for the very next day! I was shocked they had the glass in stock, it’s a very uncommon car, a BMW i3. Guillermo and Joshua, who were both very friendly, came the very next day, the communication was amazing. They did an amazing job and it didn’t take long at all! I will not hesitate to call Ultimate Auto Glass again should I need their services!!!

Wow, I had a great time getting my windshield replaced by Ultimate Auto Glass & Electronics! I went with them 'cause my insurance didn't cover it, and I had to pay out of pocket. They had a super reasonable price for someone like me, and the service was awesome. Lindsey was a lifesaver! She helped me with everything, from scheduling to the price. She was so helpful and kind. I had a wonderful experience working with Ultimate Auto Glass & Electronics to fix my windshield. I chose it through my insurance initially thinking it would be a repair. Guillermo was super flexible with my schedule and understanding when I had to reschedule last minute. I really appreciated that! Ultimately, I ended up needing a full windshield replacement. I was so happy that Lindsey was very responsive over text. I much prefer texting to calling and Lindsey kept me updated every step of the way. This is a very well-run, thorough company that I’d be glad to use again in the future, should I need to.

Great company from the top down. I requested a quote and within 30 minutes Laura got in touch with me. She gave me reasonable quote and had the installer at my apartment within two days. Autel, the installer was great. He has 14 years of experience and is very passionate about his work. Autel, was very flexible, personable, and understanding. Rebecca is the best thing that has ever happened to Ultimate Auto Glass. Her Customer Service is bar none!!! She was very welcoming, informative and gave me updates as soon as she got them. I strongly believe that her talents are being wasted in such a small role in the company when she should be in charge of multiple aspects when it comes to customer service thank you again Rebecca for all your hard work and dedication to the brand. Ultimate Auto &Glass are excellent. I had a cracked windshield and called another company first but they could not repair my glass till April. They didn’t have my windshield. Ultimate had my windshield and came by my job the next day. Guillermo and Joshua were the technicians. They were on time and professionals. They did the job so quick and didn’t even have to take time off work. The job was done and everything was very clean. They get 10out of 10

5/5 fast, friendly, professional. I can’t recommend this company enough! Safelite was going to charge me $1500 for a windshield replacement even though I had insurance with a $250 deductible and take 2 weeks to order my windshield. Ultimate auto glass was able to match my deductible AND they were able to special order my windshield and install within four business days. Truly remarkable, don’t shop anywhere else.
